ILoveC4
I use them to tell me if things happen while I am away primarily. I also have it setup so if my kids are outside playing, I can put it in that "mode" and if any of the gates or doors open it fires of a text message to me and my wife, as well as plays an announcement in the house. Now that I am on 1.8 and higher I will probably use them more frequently (if I can get them working again: http://www.c4forums.com/viewtopic.php?id=6178) because I can now include a variable. I will use that to do temperature checks around my property (I have several card access units mounted around the outside monitoring my gates). ILoveC4
^I used to do that, but I got sick of it. Now I only have that stuff happen when we're out of town, or at night (for the most part).
