Upgrading to 2 has been a breeze. and it remains quick. But to follow up on the OP, my EV driver has definitely slowed scanning and scrolling the music library. Same library. Same size. same HC1000. same remotes. I guess this is a problem when you have an extra party trying to stay functional with all the changes. just sayin they have a problem right now since the upgrade..
