AV Receiver - HDMI Audio Delay - Lip Sync - 4 Zones

Hi All,

I am planning the following system:

centrally located...

sky and blu ray 1080p video /audio centrally located.

network mp3s accesible from an HC300

visionHD 4x4 matrix for hdmi video.

four rooms with ceiling speakers:

1)5.1 audio and TV

2)2.0 audio and TV

3)2.0 audio (with ability to listen to all sources including Sky and blu ray)

4)2.0 audio (with ability to listen to all sources including Sky and blu ray)

The hdmi and the hdmi matrix will introduce a bit of delay. But I need the audio to be in sync with the video on the TVs.

I was thinking of having two 2-zone Denon amps AVR2311. With outputs from all devices split to the 2 amps. Then I can adjust the delay on the amps, to achieve lip-sync in 2 rooms with TVs. Zone 2 on these amps can't have a delay. So rooms 3 and 4 would be slightly out of sync with rooms 1 and 2.

Control4 amp doesn't have audio delay, or 5.1, so I don't think it's suitable.

Can anyone help me with some alternative solutions or ideas?
