CanisMajor Posted February 13, 2011 Share Posted February 13, 2011 Are there any guidelines that C4 provides to dealers as to when a device configuration requires/recommends an HC1000 controller be included? In other words: Is there a breaking point in the number of dimmers/switches/keypads in a configuration where it is recommended that an HC1000 be deployed? Are there any devices/config response time numbers that C4 provides to dealers to help make this decision or is it just left for the dealer/client to decide on their own?
