Dock for iPod: yellow-blue-yellow blue green

The blinking color combination is actually hard to follow and I do not see it in the install guide anybody experienced this or knows what it means? Better yet how to fix it.

And yes I have unplugged and disconnected the Ethernet and power. It seems to go light up properly from red -> yellow -> green as soon as I try to sit an ipod it goes beserk. I tried 3 diff ipods same result. All three ipods works on my other ipod dock which is working perfectly.
