tebery Posted October 10, 2011 Posted October 10, 2011 I switched out my DSC security system to Concord4 last month and have not had any problems with the C4 integration as of yet. Aside from the annoying door chime on the Concord, the thing I miss the most about the DSC system was a little green checkmark on the keypad that lit up if everything was closed. The Concord has a blinking asterisk on the display that you can only see if you are right in front of it. My question:Is there a SIMPLE way to have Control4 turn on a led a certain color if all doors/windows are closed? Thanks!
Rori Posted October 10, 2011 Posted October 10, 2011 That would be a nice thing to be able to do....sorry I can't help. Look forward to any suggestions. If I read your post correctly, you are irritated by the door chime. Why don't you turn that off?

mwarchut Posted October 10, 2011 Posted October 10, 2011 So why not make the control4 emit a tone for you. Thats what I did when certain contacts are triggered it plays a wav file for me. I wouldn't surprised that with some tricky programming in composer that you couldn't get it to change the LED color of a switch to say, ya everything is closed. I should try it. :>)
