Anthem used another developer in the past for their MRX drivers and they had problems with the driver they developed.  As such they approached us about developing a solid driver which we did and released a few months back.  Has had extensive testing by ourselves, Anthem and a bucketload of dealers.
An additional feature we added in that wasn't speced in the scope was that the driver automatically turns on the system when Playfi is detected.  Pretty neat.

I don't think that will fix it.  I would put pressure on your dealer to resolve the issue as that most likely is not the issue.

Why is this product so exciting?
The URC HDA system allows any input on any HDA device to be streamed to any output on any HDA device. This makes distribution of audio around the home easy to install and seamless to use.

The driver supports ducking input capability (automatically lowers the volume of the music playing for paging applications & microphone use). This is great for commercial applications. The driver supports page event functionality. Note that this will switch to an input temporarily before switching back to the previous input. Does this integration support Sound Storage?
The HDA Connect API does not provide the ability to playback stored files as such this feature is not exposed to non URC systems.

The chowmain kasa driver (agent) is awesome. No need to bother your dealer to add or replace devices - you can do it from HE.
Fwiw - even the super cheap non outdoor kasa plugs have a higher real world heat tolerance than they advertise (at least in my experience). I have a few of them installed inside of metal landscaping transformer boxes. I live in Texas, it's been over 100F daily most of the summer. They get much hotter inside those boxes.
At $8 a pop, when they start acting stupid (usually a little over a year of being outside baked in the sun), I simply throw them away and replace them with another. 
I do have a couple of the outdoor rated (bulkier) kasa plugs. We use them at holidays when the DW wants to put a bunch of lighted crap outside. I quit bringing them in 3 years ago. They still work fine.

Which models are compatible with the driver?
The driver is written to control the fireplaces using the Evoflame / E-Smart Cloud based API. It will work with any model that is compatible with E-Smart Cloud. Can i schedule the fireplace?
The driver utilises its own built in scheduling due to limitations in the Evoflame / E-Smart Cloud API. As their schedules are not exposed throug the API we have had to implement our own.
Can i control lighting?
All compatible models comes with flame effects as standard. Additional flame effects can be purchased through the E-Smart Cloud app. The driver will pull in flame effects dynamically. Some models of fireplaces have built-in additional lighting. The driver has the ability to toggle this feature light. Note that it does not have discrete on/off control. You can also purchase ice lighting modules separately. If installed then the driver allows you to send one-way commands to set the mood light on or off. Help i am getting a fireplace offline message!
Your fireplace has lost connectivity to Evoflame / E-Smart Cloud. Please resolve any network and/or internet related issues. Once the fireplace is accessible via the E-Smart Cloud app or webpage then it will work with the driver again.
You may also have remote control disabled. Please ensure that this is enabled in the Evonic Fires app.

Why is this product so exciting?
The Magnetar Blu-ray players are high end Blu-ray players that take audio and video quality seriously. The UDP900 for example features a Sabre ES9038PRO DAC. This DAC outputs stereo sound via twin balanced XLR or unbalanced RCA outputs. It also outputs surround sound via a 7.1 RCA array. It can also output audio digitally via HDMI, optical or coax.
Does this driver support two-way controls
At present this driver is a one-way driver only due to limitations in the Magnetar API. We have asked Magnetar to upgrade their API to support two-way controls. When this does happen we will update our driver to include this functionality.

You cannot feed data into sensibo.  The driver will however pick up data from senisibos own room sensors.  So if you have one set up then the driver will automatically pull the data in. No setup required on control,4.
