Have had my system for about 8 years. 70 light switches/EA5. been bullet proof.... For some reason light switch status (on/off) is not showing up reliably on some rooms on the iphone app now. I feel that the system got a little less reliable last year when i switched from the HC-800 to the EA-5 Any ideas?

I want to do programming based off a URL received by my controller. there used to be a driver called “Web events driver”. this doesn’t seem to work on 3.1 and newer. any suggestions?

several of my binary-300 receivers are dead. Luckily I had several backups. I would also like to have 4k content.

Can I take these garage door sensors that are connected to my door and hardwire them into my iO extender? If so should I put it in the normally open, or the normally closed port on the back? thank you

I tried the battery notifier built into composer. The problem I have is that I use rechargeable batteries (NiMH)The voltage is slightly less than alkaline batteries. So composer would send me notifications that the batteries were low. Would this paid driver work with rechargeable batteries?

both 250s and 260s have an email trigger to work when the battery gets to 5% or lower. I just switched from disposable AAs to rechargables. Im getting constant emails from them despite their charge being in the 80% range. Anyone come across this? in an older post I saw someone mention to switch the remote to "recharge station" I could do that on the 250s, but the 260's will not allow me to do it.

Yes I have those same things. they feed into my axxis wireless relay sensor. its the axxis that is screwing up.

I'm on my 3rd axxis garage door sensor. The first 2 the batteries leaked on the circuitry. The 3rd I hard wired into a 3v transformer. now this is acting up. Can I use any old contact sensor that integrates with c4?

My concord alarm has been working flawlessly up until last week. We had a power outage and it screwed up something. Now my concord beeps every 4 hrs when I hit "*" it says bus failure. If I log into control4, it has the alarm in an "armed state" no matter what. I can still send commands to the alarm. for instance, if I put in my alarm code in control4, the concord panel beeps. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

Thank you guys. I will give this a try. Yeah I know about the binary 300s been a pain. I have replaced all the receivers multiple times. It’s just that if I hold out for another couple years hopefully I won’t need to buy another matrix. It looks like the industry is getting away from HDMI distribution.

I have a binary 300 snap AV matrix. All sources work fine. Just tried to install Nvidia shield and I get white pixelation on all the receivers. Is there a setting in the Nvidia shield that I can switch? I tried playing around with the nvidea HDMI settings to no avail Thanks

Could it be that I’m overloading my EA5? I think I’m over the 70 recommendation

I put a 10 second delay in it from the beginning. Doesn’t help.

I have a weird one, that is killing me. I have several events happen when I push a button on the keypad for my wake up scene. I.E lights turn on, coffee maker turns on, garage door should open. My garage doors is a MyQ by Chamberlain. I did the hack with the remote connected to my card access relay. I set up the programming it works perfectly.. After a couple weeks the garage door opening gets unreliable. and then eventually the door doesn’t even open All the other programming linked to the switch works fine. And I can control the garage door through control4 with no screw ups. Any advice would be appreciated, thank you very much

weird,,, cant control anything on the shield. I installed the nvidia remote services...disabled all the CEC stuff on the shileld and cant control it. works fine from the shield remote...nothing from c4 remote. brand new shield, updated firmware new c4 driver was installed.

I have both the chowmain belkin wemo driver and the chowmain outlet driver for some reason they are messing up looks like the binding is getting messed up. anyone have this experience? or know how to fix it? i have deleted both, reinstalled and binded them...nothin. (just updated to 3.2)

Does the new TiVo stream work with Control4 via the old IP driver?

reading mixed things. Is the new 4k firestick still not able to be controlled via IP? You still have to use chowmains IRUSB hardware? Thanks
