I had to do the same for mine. I was running of version 4.7. So I bought a brand new one from ebay - online security for about $70 and then about $200 to program and the cost of C4 dealer.

Oh, A lot of thanks also goes to the dealer " Matt" who worked remotely - which is very difficulty especially when you don'ts most of the happening. He is a great Tech I commend him to anyone

So Finally, we got it to work. the dealer and I was working all night. We deleted the driver - remotely in composer and then I rebooted the security system including the Superbus 2000 . The dealer reinstalled the driver and somehow the partion is now defaulted to partion 1 where the actual system has been programmed. Now I see all the zones attached to the alarm. I must say this is pretty neat feature to have. A whole new engaging interface and you actually see the events as they happened right from the C4 App on my cell phone- motion sensor to the count down of the timer when the system is armed. I'm really happy over all. And thanks to all of you and your support and insight.

Thanks for your replay. I actually pointed this out to the dealer last night while we were setting up - Remotely. but he said the this partion 2 was setup automatically by the system. Also I do not see any partion 1 on the control 4. So like I said, nothing works for the alarm on control4 side. I brought to his attention this evening and he texted me back that I should put the master code in composer HE. but i'm still at work so i guess I will try this when I get home.

Hi all, I finally get the concord 4 panel with the firmware 4.81 insatll this saturday. I had my dealer installed the updated driver for the interlogix Superbus. The upadte was successful, but the button and are not functional. If I press Arm nothing happens on the alarm. It seems like the can not use my concord 4 from the Control 4 interface. Please can anyone tell me wat is wrong here. it must the the programming or something. The actual alarm panel is on partion 1, but the C4 integration have partion 2. Does this have anything to do with not being able to use the conrol4 to arm and disarm the system. " I mean nothing works" except the actual alarm panel itself.

I think is RF. I just have the in-wall controller. I was also Looking at the Matterlink. because I have the old Hunter Dauglass RF motorized shade and I have been looking for ways to integerate the 2. What's your opion on this?

Thanks CyKnight, Also I have the wireless sensors connect via Card Access Sensor Bridge V2. Does this changes anything?

So I just bought a new Concord 4 with the firmaware 4.81 " at least confirmed by the seller who works with home security- confirmed from GE interlogix-) I have been trying to get the electrician- secerity tech that intalled my porevious one but have been unsuccessful. Does anyone know if is easy to intal and program it myself. any advise? what will happened to my old sensors in the control 4?

Please what do I need with this driver inorder to have my ceiling fan tied to Control 4? I have Minka ceiling fan with 3 light and a wall controller.

I spoke to my dealer a few minutes ago and he states it will not function properly. it might send a false alar to police or central station and will not be responsible for it. So I think I might have to get a new one. Also, how can you tell if the firmware is up to date if you are buying one. I wanted to get one from Amazon.

CyKnight, Thanks. Please do you know if that affect any programming or the actual function of the alarm panel should incase the driver does not work? I saw from your post that one person said it worked for his earlier version of the concord 4.

I just spoke to a Tech support from Interlogix about the Cpncord 4 panel. He stated there is board is not upgradeable. The only way to get to 4.81 and above is to by a new main board- which is the a new panel pretty much. This sucks. I checked my last night and I'm on 4.70.
