I needed to update the firmware, and as an "end user" I logged into OvrC and did the update. Perfect, very easy and way better then downloading the firmware and installing it the old traditional way.

Got another question.... Just switched from DirecTV to Xfinity. Can I program the C4 remote (Red, Green Yellow, Blue) to do the A B C D function on Xfinity? ...Key word here, CAN I DO;) Thought I would ask you to first. Thanks again!

Using Home Edition, is there a way to change the order in which devices are displayed under WATCH and LISTEN? I thought one time I saw an area where you could do this, but can't find that now - LOL.

Did that....it does. I can access all areas but the programming/actions area on the right.

Trying to do some HE Programming in version 2.10.2 (also tried 3.0) and cant get/select the ACTIONs.... what's up?
