Hello all, I have a lot of the ccz-ti-w thermostats in my home and the backlight has just stopped working on one of them. Is there a way to repair this? I searched online and didn't find anything about replacing the LED. I would rather not have to replace it with the new version since it is gigantic and doesn't offer the repeater function. Thank you all

Is it my imagination, or is the process to add user codes to Door Station, and then add specific programming to those codes ridiculously involved? There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to the codes created. It's almost like you just have to use the "hit or miss" strategy to do this. Lots of guessing and trial and error. UGH!

Actually, I thought I did but apparently the “apply to all“ that I checked was for the EQ, not what I was doing. But it’s all taken care of now. Thank you for the assistance.

OK. I think I got it to work. There was a drop down menu that said "apply to" and I checked all the rooms, but unfortunately it didn't make the changes to all my rooms...so no I am going through each room at a time. Seems like a waste of time. I wonder what that "apply to" thing is really for... Thank you again for your help.

OK, Thank you. I think I understand now. I can see that there is a "comfort" button in all the rooms and they are all the same...showing all 12 thermostats in my house. So hopefully if I change the display order in one room, it will change them all. THANK YOU!!!!!!

On my iPhone, there is a "comfort" page that shows all my thermostats, so I am not sure what room that would be considered. Do you know which tab that would be? Programming, agents, connections, system design? I see all the individual rooms, but I don't see a room called "comfort". Thank you

Hi all, Got a weird thing happening here. Often, when I unlock my guesthouse front door (Baldwin Zigbee deadbolt) from the iOS app, one of my garage doors will open. The two buttons are NOT near each other on the app screen (see photo), so I am not accidentally hitting the garage button. It doesn't happen every time...but when it does, it causes problems because it starts the countdown on my alarm system and I need to make sure I get in and disarm it before ADT calls and the police show up at my house. Any thoughts? Thank you in advance.

Can you give me a price to do this? I have 8 AP's now...but I am not sure if I need that many. I want full coverage everywhere inside my home...but I have a lot of outdoor living space as well, so I need the area around my house covered. They are all plugged in to POE switches.

Hello all, I currently have a Ruckus Zone Director 1100 and 8 AP's in my home. I have had this system for a long time. It used to be fantastic, but as FIOS has offered faster speeds (which I got) the wifi doesn't seem to be able to take advantage of those speeds. I have noticed that even thought I have 1 gig up and 1 gig down internet service...I only get these speeds on my hard-wired devices. My iPhones only get about 200-250 up and down. I read all about these new MESH systems and WIFI 6 that are supposed to be so great, but then I hear that you shouldn't use those with Control4. Can anyone shed some light on a good system that would cover my home (5,200 SF) and hopefully the back and front yards with reliable FAST internet that a dumb consumer can install? Hi all. I have some programming that will send a push notification to my iPhone to let me know if a particular room is hotter than I want it to be. The push notifications work very well, but I was wondering if there was a way to have a delay of say...15 minutes between a particular notification? Right now I get them a few times a minute and it is quite annoying. Thank you in advance for any info.

Tried to get Bluestacks to work. No luck. Sure would be nice to run my Control4 stuff from my MAC.
