SK-8-EP is the predecessor model number, it's the same as an SX-8-EP though so just use that firmware and you'll be fine.

I'm not sure about AV Pro, when I spoke to Snap about receivers that will work with it, I was told to use the B-660-EXT-444-100A kit from Binary (Snap) Kind of stupid to have to buy a whole kit but I can confirm that it does work. I believe it will NOT pass Ethernet but will pass IR/RS-232. I don't recall entirely, best to speak with tech support before you buy anything.

I have one new in the box.

I'm playing around with a custom driver that allows you to display real time status from variables, etc.. One of the demo screenshots shows a System uptime and last user to authenticate. I've looked everywhere in Composer and can't seem to find where they pulled these statuses from. Anyone able to point me in the right direction?

Are you willing to break this up? I actually just need the base plate for the cameras, let me know how much for 2 cameras.

Trying to source 2 of these, builder took down the cameras to paint and lost the base plates for them. If anyone has any defective cameras or just happens to have these please let me know how much.

I have a client where we took over the entire existing and who's having issues with his gen 1 panelized lighting. Devices don't easily come back online after power loss, have to manually press the reset button on the DIN-RAIL network switches and modules, he also has 3x BEG and sometimes you have to physically disconnect the low voltage power to it and reconnect. Interesting that even fully turning off the breakers to the panels results in devices still needing to be manually reset. Wondering if anyone has had similar issues and if anyone is able to tell me why using a V2 ethernet gateway may be an improvement over the existing V1. He does have a generator for the entire house so I'm thinking on power loss perhaps that slight delay between losing service and the generator kicking in could be an issue. Again though, killing the breakers, waiting a few and turning back on should be all that's required for a reset.

Coming from the Savant world, controlling Lutron loads follows the Lutron programming and when you ramp up and down via a slider its a smooth process where as in Control4 when you move the slide it just jumps to the new level without a ramp time. The driver has ramp time input fields but they don't work or save values when you set them. Anyone else figure this out?

Looking for this driver: avswitch_232_ip_zektor_AUD1600.c4i I picked this matrix up to replace my own thats on its way out but it doesnt want to use the PulseEight drivers in Control4 and the drivers on PulseEight website seem locked down. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

In our Showroom we have Lutron QSX Leap lighting and shades. I have a digital signage window that pops up on a schedule and raises the shade in the window. I'm trying to program where, when the signage TV turns off and the lift goes down to set the level of that shade to the level of the shade next to it. I believe this was possible in previous Lutron drivers but can't seem to find a way to do it now. Anyone out there have any experience in something like this? Would be helpful for lights too

I have a client with an old Sonos S1 system. They are from Turkey so being able to listen to stations from their home country is important to them. On S2 you cannot get international stations it seems. Does anyone know if the C4 version has access to all stations and whether or not a premium subscription is required? Thanks in advance.

The takeaway here is that the system is at the end of its useful life and in order to utilize today’s technology an upgrade of hardware is required. if you prefer to keep the older equipment just go back to incandescent bulbs and you’ll be fine. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Yikes HC-300!? That’s actually amazing that it still works. It’s been a while but i think the minimum version is 2.5 and zigbee pro of course. If you’re at 1.7.4 or below with ember net they will not work. I don’t work for C4 so not making a sales pitch but you should definitely consider some hardware upgrades if it’s in the budget. Legacy dimmers are not meant for LED and are not capable of reverse phase. I also don’t recall current gen having any type of dial on them behind the rocker. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

those are not meant for LED dimming. My guess is you have a minimum load because of only having 2 bulbs. Throw a Lutron LUT-MLC in there and see if that fixes it. Would still suggest upgrading those dimmers though Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
