  4. So no luck hard wired. I tried unplugging the unit, holding the power button for 5 seconds and plugging back in after a minutes. So I unplugged the LAN and hooked it up via Wi-Fi. Updated no problem. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Thanks. I’ll give it a go. Anthem has told me to go direct from router to the AVR, bypassing the switch. Not sure that’s possible with my set up. They also said to update via the webUI and not on the unit, which seems odd Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Yes, set updates set to On. All attempts have failed, thus wondering if C4 had anything to do with it. It's not a fancy set up, hard wired LAN into switch
  7. I have a MRX740 that's controlled via my C4 project. It runs great. There are new updates from Anthem, but it's not updating. I'm sure I read somewhere there was a conflict with C4 and its polling the device. Does anyone know if that's true and how I can get it to update? I did shut off my EA-5, primary controller when trying. I left on the EA-1 that feeds into it

  11. Today, my Denon AVR stopped being controlled via C4. I've had no issues with it at all until now. Looking in HE, it looks like all the network settings have vanished. The AVR is still on-line and connected to the network. Any idea what's happened and what I can do, other than use the OEM remote? I'm still having issues with my Chime. Whenever someone rings the bell, my phone will ring, but I cant connect. I have no issues looking at video and the motion works fine, just nothing via intercom. Intermittently, it will work. I see a driver update for the intercom in HE, but of course I cant instal it. Is that the issue or there something else wrong with it?

  13. Here's the If statement. It's on WiFi. Ruckus Access Point is within 15 feet. I have no problem seeing video. It's only when the door bell is pressed that I dont get the connection/video
  14. Curious on the behavior of my Chime. My phone will ring when the doorbell is pressed, and I answer it on my iPhone but it doesn’t always connect. Today I was at home, so on Wi-Fi, and this happened. We don’t get a lot of people to the door, so I can’t say how often this happens. Another is re the motion sensor. I have it set to give me a notification when someone is on the porch, and that works. I also programmed for it to turn on porch lights, and that isn’t working. It’s set for when motion detected, if lights off, turn on. Is there something special I need to do. Final question related to garage door. I have at Z2io and want to use on my chamberlain opener.   15. I have a Chamberlain 3800 garage door opener with a purple learn button. I understand it’s a security + device, so I can’t hook up directly to the opener. I have a Z2IO ready to go. I’ve seen the Garadget pre-soldered remote, but it doesn’t work with the purple learn. Any options other than buying a remote to solder too (not my forte)? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  17. Thanks Cy, WiFi channels are on auto, running on Ruckus unleashed. Nothing has changed with the set up for a couple of years. I can definitely look at assigning channels in the 2.4Ghz radio. The odd thing is that this seems to be happening on a weekly recurring basis, the last 2 Saturdays, so it does seem to indicate some sort of schedule or refresh

  19. For the last two week, I keep losing the Zigbee network, and I need to reboot my controller to get it back. I am making an assumption it's the Zigbee but that is based on the fact that I cant control lighting nor use my remotes. I can use the app to turn on TV and AVR. After a reboot, it all works. I am running the latest OS on an EA-5. Any ideas I can look at while waiting to hear from my dealer?

I'm looking to set up my Chime doorbell to play different tunes depending on the date, e.g. Halloween, Christmas, Birthday, normal day etc. I'm assuming I can do a Boolean variable to trigger the event (music). I'm also assuming I set up events in Scheduler, and I need variables for the day to be true or false. How would I do this for multiple events? Probably over thinking this

  23. I'm looking to add some new music options for my Chime doorbell, my family is done listening to Hells Bells, and I understand I need to convert to WAV format. What's the best site or tool for converting MP3. It's being a while, and I've lost my old links. Also, do I snip the file, so it only plays for a short period, or is that preset? Thanks
