    Thanks to all, I too couldn't get the other two options to work. Pressing the unmarked one only while connected worked for me.

    Has anyone had an issue with this driver failing? I have a number of these in my project, noticed some lights were staying on. LUA output when selecting "Take Snapshot" is [string "Lua Code"]:485: bad argument #1 to 'match' (string expected, got nil) (ExecuteCommand) I have rebooted the controller. I tested an older version from 2015 that appears to work, I would rather avoid all the programming to replace all instances. Any ideas? Thanks

    Have you an update on this please, very frustrating that your product was recomended and i purchased last year only to have it to be forced redundant shortly afterward. Update expectations have been moved a number of times, I've been patiently waiting and using 2 remotes.

    No, why? I performed a factory reset hoping it would solve a problem with one driver (pool controller) crashing the screen when selected. Now it won't get an ip address and come back online.

    The T3 is hardwired and POE powered, but not at all visible.

    The issue was whenever i selected the pool control OS 2.10.6 the screen crashed. After noticing that a 7" T3 worked fine I thought I would try the reset. The screen shows Control4 with the rotating 4 logo, but seems to not request a ip address.

    Thanks but it appears that there maybe no way to connect to it as it isn't getting a ip address and searching for the mac address fails too.

    I factory reset a T3 touch screen in an attempt to rectify a small issue. Now the screen comes on with Control4 logo, no ip address and non responsive. I have tried resetting numerous times and power cycling, any ideas anyone?

    I think i found the culprit, NVR had locked up. Thanks for the suggestions.

    Thanks guys, I have no dealer, I was a dealer but was cut off for not spending enough. The system has been working fine for years until this last week. The network is large running through Ubiquiti switches, nothing recently changed aside from an additional camera. Is there any other test i can do to try narrowing it down? I was thinking that maybe the controller was packing it in.

    My system is playing up, it appears to be live for about 1 minute then offline for 1 minute and 3 seconds. I have attached a log report from the controller if there is anyone here who may be able to assist in a diagnosis? I appreciate any help. Thank you EA5 errors 25-6.tmp.txt

    Great idea except there doesn't appear to be an option to link raise and lower so you can then adopt close and open instead.
