    Do you have a valid 4sight subscription? Have you put your phone in airplane mode and only on WiFi and tested if it works?

    You wont find an exact cost cause you have to rip walls open to rewire....no one can predict how hard that will be. Replaving LV systems is generally not practical unless you are gutting the home anyway.
