  1. Find the last movie imported into c4 in the mymovies program. Delete the next movie in line from mymovies program (make sure your titles are sorted by collection number, not alphabetically). It should continue on importing. My issue is that the driver will not reconnect to mymovies server after director restarts. I have to rebuild the database via driver to reconnect.
  2. Does it show it is connected to your mymovies server? One time a long time ago, I had to delete the virtual storage drive and create a new one. After doing that, the driver was able connect again.
  3. To get past the timeout, I just remove the title from mymovies. No need to delete the actual movie file. I’ll change the title source and data inside mymovies to a different version of the title or sometimes add the title back in manually.
  4. MyMovies collection management driver loses connection with the server anytime director restarts. It will sync with the server and update C4 Movies listings until a restart or power cycle of the main controller. The only way to fix it to sync again is to “Rebuild” the database through the c4 driver. With a almost a couple thousand iso files, that takes a while to do. I’m about to make the upgrade to OS3, so hopefully that fixes it. Anybody else with this? I also have the “timeout” issue on some titles, but can get around that.
  5. Thanks for the update Alan! I was able to program a double tap of the info key to bring up the extended info so now I don't have to program another key. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. I updated the driver and it is available for use as a custom button, but I can not find it under programming to execute. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. I was going to setup a timer to execute the long hold "info" command under the info key, but like the poster above, the actual command does not appear to be in your driver. I tried doing some of the automatic resolution changes through commands as well but could get them to work. I will play around with them some more.
  8. Hello Alan, I got a new 203 and have purchased your driver. The long press of info doesn't seem to be working for me. Any ideas? Thanks! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Dang, missed that. I may be a little rusty. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. You have to "nest" the commands under the conditional. Drag the one you want on top of the conditional so it applies. If the command indents under the conditional, it will work fine. Everything under the time conditional. You don't really need "stop" as there are not any additional commands after your condition. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
