No - Looks like we may need a IR driver - Have my dealer coming over in 6 weeks (Yes 6 weeks) to sort this and couple of
other issues

@Gary Leeds UK Sorry for the delay. There's no way to directly get the logs off the T3. I thought there was, but a team member confirmed there isn't. You need a dealer or one of our tech support people to capture a system snapshot, which will include the T3 logs.

Download the Driver, then go into HE right click the ds2 driver and press update and select driver you download

I believe so ~but only use c4 to control the alarm ~how the cost would be minimum on a new install ~that’s why I say do it

Thank you for the Input - Checked all the T3 and they look like they are set correctly also on DS2 I did a auto config
Still no look
How do we pull the logs off the T3 `s or do you wish to just log into our system ?

When we Ring from one T3 to the Other T3 we have no issues - That rings normally.
Is they a bug on DS2 ?

We updated to 3.4.1 a few weeks ago and have noticed When some press to Call button on DS2 - The T3 jump to the Screen but
do not ring - Are we missing a setting ?

Hi,
We have a sony TA-AN1000 and updated the Firmware on Monday - This has broken the IP Control
So need a IR driver installing - I Think plus we need updating to 3.4.1 at the same time
Anyone able to help ?

We went from HC800 to Core 3 and had the dealer on site - Its a bit of major Upgrade
He was on site for 4 Hours - Has Mitch says it tricky

my dealer is now classed has independent Control4 dealer on c4 app
do feel for the dealers ~ having done something like this about 20 years ago in my industry

Its a Money Grab for Control4 and they are trying to get control of the Dealer Base - Its all about Data and they will have direct contact
with your (The Dealers) Customers.
The gives direct access to end users (Email / address/ etc) and allows them to sell direct to them

Just play with Resolution
Need to make think its a Android Phone.
Side load the Play Store, down load C4 and you will see Intercom doe not show
However make sure intercom in on in setting - set up Linphone sip
When the DS2 is pressed you get Video from C4 App - Its a bit of mess about

Pretty God - The Video can be a bit off, compared to T3
For the Price - £75 - Its a Bargain
The Amazon Fire - we need to mess about a bit - Video is only one way on that - Incoming
