  3. Worked fawless for 6 years - have a feeling someone at Control4 is after some more monies How can Mini App be classed has a device ??
  4. To be honest i Have just counted everything in the House and it only comes to about 60 / 70 Including sensors / TV and lights Feel a Spreadsheet coming on
  5. Just had a call from our dealer and C4 say we have too many devices for CORE 3 - We have 160 and the CORE 3 is only designed for 100 This includes Mini Apps Just going to Open HE and see how many we have
  6. Just be told by Controll4 that i have 160 devices and Core3 can only handle 100 devices So i now need to buy a Core5 which can handle 200 devices Any one had this issue before ?

We had a We had a HC800 and to honest we have not got a massive Project 9 CCTV Cameras / Sonos / Hue Lights / Texacom alarm / Q Motion Blinds 3 Number / 3 TV rooms all separate with Sky Boxes All drivers from 3rd Party Come from Driver Central Dealers deleting and re adding drivers at the moment to see if they can find the issue

Be very Careful - Get your dealer to confirm in writing that the Core 3 can run everything Reason been - We updated to Core 3 after our dealer confirm everything will be fine - We now have the Core3 Re Booting every few days - Control4 saying the Core 3 Can not cope with processing - Dealer looking into - my project is not big
  10. Our Core 3 Controller is rebooting every couple of days - At different times of the day. Anyone had this Issue ?

Update - DS2 has been OK now for 3 days and nights - So looks like that it was a Update issue Intercom, been advised they is a issue with the Free Gateway which which C4 are working on However when we refresh gateway and remote the T3 it does come back on - Which it did not on 3.3 with HC800 when this Happened so that's one step forward.
  12. Ok, Gui been working since Install - Gone to press the Big red 4 today - now only getting a screen that's says Control 4 part of the snap one Group Is this a issue C4 are aware of ? Software 3.3.3
  13. Yes one of the reason I updated ~ lost connection to NVR with the new update - so dealer did the full reset ~ have the DS2 working on the NVR so can even say what time the video stops - 3am this morning.

Updated the HC800on Friday to core 3 Dealer put the mesh onto my EA1 and then put the project onto the EA1 - then updated from 3.3 to 3.3.3 then added the Core 3 Then moved the project to Core3 Issues we are having at the moment are - intercom losing Rooms - at the moment we can not call the master bedroom. DS2 losing Video and requiring a reboot to bring back ~ still have sound. Are other people having these issues ?
  15. Ryan, we can Factory reset in HE however concerned about what is the default Password and all the links under 6.5 in the documentation take you the dealer site - Login required

  17. Look like the Update to DS2 has broken the ONVIF connection to our Hikvision NVR Can you please share you got the RTSP working - Having no luck at the moment Cheers
  18. We have the same issue ~need to refresh nav we programme refresh nav at 1am every day to sort this out ~ we are on 3.3 .0

Why sell it - Why not just put Alexa into control4 I loved Control4, but now it just feels a bit painful trying to get everything to Work and Control4 dealers not telling you the full story Come this web Site to see if anyone else is having the same issue's - Yes they are most of the time Yes Control4 does a Job - Has a Software for My Phillip Hue Lights / Sonos Speakers / Q motion Blinds / Axxess Blinds / texcom Alarm However Control Door Station and Intercom - Total Rubbish - Have refresh Navs Programmed every night now (3.3 hc800) - If its made by C4 stay away - that's my view - Apart from HC800 and SR250 remotes - Solid Kit
