Do you have different Account emails for each of the devices? Use Different email Accounts as it won't work if you are using same email account for all your mobile devices. For the FreeSwitch, Pls check your DNS and Make sure you are not blokcing anything in your firewall/PiHole, also in System Manager, go yo your primary controller, disable and re-enable FreeSwitch, go back to Communications Agent and Refresh FreeSwitch and see if it picks up!

Why don’t you use Custom buttons on the rooms that is exposed to those receivers where u can program to reboot them instead of going out of C4, this is a strength of C4 u r missing out!

I did argued that myself in another thread but rather there are protected or paid sources that still need distribution: cable, satellite, etc these can’t be replicated at every TV, until the industry totally changes to streaming only then and only then VD can RIP

Yes if u have RF devices, shutters, Fans, Firepalce, etc, but there are endless additions to C4, in my case I have every thing you could think of or you didn’t integrated to C4!

Audio and Video Distribution are key to any C4 implementation and where it standout!

What you are experiencing is a bad install, period! Configuration issues, bad controller, bad POE switch can cause your POE devices to boot, WiFi settings, DHCP, etc. You need some one who knows what to look for and get the job done!

This is a programing issue, take a look at the programing steps when Zone is opened and correct the actions accordingly!

That’s obviously a bug that u need to report it to C4, Comfort menu has a current bug that it’s not showing in IOS app and it’s been worked on, there is a tagged topic to tell u how do u have ur voice heated u may try to use this!

Thank you for offering this workaround, to be frank it’s very handy for out of warranty and out of reach places like my country, it would take 3-4 months for official replacement under warranty and sometimes it includes paying customs twice, that’s why I opted to go this deep.

Any HB driver will give u one way control and it’s outbound, C4 to HB and not the other way, any HK device will only work in Home App not C4, on the other hand all C4 devices will work in Home App! Also try to see other Apple drivers as it gives u more devices in HK!

Do u use community repos for Synology? I can send u the link if u need, will give the access to entire DSM6/7 list, maybe roon is available for u to use, my RS is too old and extremely slow, I use now as a filer for my network shares

From memory yes allowed search, I tested everything, Twonky was the best ever on an old RS820/DSM6.x very fast and quick search from C4, issue was no formal support and no community repo was just a pure hack, and I had tweaked a lot to make it work with my model. Plex was my next move and was fine with DLNA driver. I now use Bluesound to do that in addition to the extra streaming capabilities I added to C4, great DAC as well

Beside Control, I use T3’s a lot for Intercom, provide an access to the house, as a security panel also, each location have other uses depends on time of day as well

Never used OS2 app on an Android, but I’d first remove, stop and uninstall everything on this Kindle and dedicate it only to the OS2 app, make sure the OS2 app is the latest release, u may get the APK and sideload it. You did not mention the Android version but it’s 5.1! Also check compatibility of OS2 release to your android ver, you may want to use an earlier OS2 release to work. Time to upgrade to OS3 as well

Hello, the DLNA driver need SMB1 service turned on your Synology so the share can be detected, away from that there is a guide on how to install twonky on DSM6 on your appropriate device, it’s a lot of hacking into the device, and it sometimes breaks the connectivity for no apparent reason and you have to start the service again via ssh, while works great have its caveats. The best thing to do is to use Plex if your model can handle it, the DLNA driver detects Plex and works well with it!

License transferred smoothly this time, BWD was very prompt in releasing my license since I opened the ticket so Mitch can reassign them to my project, all is good now.

This is a normal behavior as there is no true feedback on the status of the shade, it’s all assumptions and it’s not based on a timed action in the Bond app. It would provide a close to true status if it was “timed” from fully opened to fully closed and it just measures the time and return a state to the UI, but it’s not! A quick work around for the bond driver is to use the Open/Stop/Close not the slider; assuming your shade support this, mine are Somfy and works; in this case it will not always give you the “?” Just don’t hit stop quickly and it will update the UI just fine. Another solution is to use cinegtation driver which is based on timing the fully open or fully closed time of each shade and provides an accurate simulated feedback and the UI updates quickly even if u hit stop quickly! You shouldn’t use anything outside C4 otherwise the driver wouldn’t know and the time will be missed up!
