C4 had the issue of supporting SMB1 which was deprecated years ago for security reasons to SMB2 and SMB3 maybe 3.4 had pushed SMB2 and this might be your issue, your ancient Dune player doesn’t support SMB2!

Hello, I suffered from this twice, fixed in OS2 and OS3.2, now it’s back again not working on any of the UI’s T3, EA1 or Mobile IOS app, not all thumbs loads and not all cams work, it’s random, so I get that 3.4 must have a new Cam proxy that is built from scratch and not taking into consideration the previous issues! So any one from C4 interested to have this fixed for the 3rd time!?

Nothing gives my a pleasure than simplicity; so all native C4 is much appreciated and I have both Tidal and Deezer and pretty happy with both, don’t get me wrong I have everything integrated but fewer clicks is easier

Apparently English is not your first language, so I will try to ask you this again: When u factory reset your controller what is the OS version on the controller? Or you did not reset it and only cut off power? I also get that you use ComposerPro to update the controller, do you have proper training on C4? Your issue is not related to 3.4 as you said u have these issues with 3.3, so what about network setup? Do you use WiFi or LAN, you might have an IP conflict in your router, can u check that? Do u use DHCP or fixed IP? If u use POE and power at the same time, Power takes over and there is no harm to your controller.

Can u re-image it with Image updater? Also when u reset it what was the image version number? U know that u can’t jump from 2.10.6 or less to latest OS3 release, there is a migration path that you need to follow!

How is that possible? I mean damaging an Ethernet port must be a very unfortunate thing, I never experienced that before. RMA it to get it Repaired even if it’s out of warranty or source a used one from eBay.

Use DLNA driver to browse your collection of music natively in C4, Plex is not an option, also u can setup a twonky server and point to your collection it’s natively supported within C4 with full search capabilities

I use Android Subsystem on Windows 11 and Install any Android App not only C4, I don’t like BlueStacks, it’s kinda old now!

No, there is no way, why do u need HA called from a T3? A T4 will give u a better performance, on the other hand I can integrate HA into C4 and show HA devices in C4 UI through Berto Agent/Driver

Only certain model locks from Kwikset, Yale and Baldwin will accept C4 ZB modules and will work with it nothing else! Some ppls said it’s a Yale in disguise, the only way to know is to try one, I don’t know if any one did it. There are other locks that uses 3rd party developed drivers, check DriverCetral.
