  1. Sorry off topic... but can that be added to the c4 ds2 version? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Use Ryan’s web event driver and then create a web action on the blue iris side. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Sounds like you are stuck where I am. I was originally looking at the flex fire line but was concerned about the price for a brand/manufacturer I know nothing about. https://www.flexfireleds.com/rgb-color-changing-strip-light/outdoor-ip65-RGBW-LED-strip-light Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  4. Thanks for the link. The price is certainly good, but I worry about the quality. I don’t mind paying a bit more for something that will be reliable and last. I don’t fancy having to replace the strips after I get everything wired up... Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  5. I have been stalking this thread for awhile and greatly appreciate everyone’s comments and information. I am about to pull the trigger and put together some led lighting for my covered patio deck. I will be using the Domaudeo driver and the recommended engine/decoders. I would like to use RGBW strips in aluminum channels under the railing. Does anyone have recommendation for the best quality IP65 RGBW led tape? I will need to connect the tape with wire and thread through or around columns. Thanks! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  6. @eggzlot Thanks. I am using the "free" C4 BI Driver. I was talking to the author of the other several months ago and he indicated that the pay driver required some update. Additionally I wanted more discrete control than just home / away. @alanchow Thank you! Will check it out. Would be a lot quicker than trying to write my own!
  7. Curious if there is a driver that can call a URL w/in control4. I would like to programmatically change the profile in blue iris. This can be done through accessing a specific url on the blue iris server. I ultimately want to create a “party mode” button that (among other things) turns off motion alerts/alarms. Thanks!
  8. You can use Ryan's driver to receive web calls from the NVR on motion. No additional drivers are necessary. Blue Iris free driver will put the cameras on the Control4 interface.
  9. Thank you! Very interest in your opinion of the value of the interface. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. That would be great. Does anyone have a tip/direction on where to setup within BI? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Sign out and then back in. Happens to me occasionally. You can do this from touch screen and/or App.
  12. I have Blue Iris working through Control4 using the free driver. This has been working very well. I just added several 4MP cameras. They are viewable through Blue Iris and the streams are viewable through Composter - but when viewing on the T3 they appear scrambled. I mucked around with the Blue Iris Web Server/Advanced/Streaming setting with no success. The only way I got them to work was to knock down the resolution on the camera itself. I would rather record full resolution in blue iris and adjust resolution being access by control4. Does anyone have any advice or experience with this issue? Thanks!
  13. Lol. Hope not. Google gave it to me. Wasn’t some secret knowledge I gained from dark sources.
  14. I went back and looked at the programming and you can do this natively. When door station detects motion send a snapshot from the DS2 camera. Is that what you are looking to do? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
