  1. Suggest you have one of the experts here look at your compete network configuration. I know, I know….but its almost certainly a network issue at this point.
  2. My bad. Didn’t read the earlier text.
  3. Send the email to your mobile number?
  4. I have the IQ Touchpanel that goes with the IQPro panel. I will have to look later to see the exact model. I cannot say whether it is a must or not. I can say I have one and my system was easy to integrate with C4 and its been rock solid.
  5. Any way to use smart lighting and combine the loads. Then control with a keypad?
  6. a) use the IQ2 driver not the DSC Neo driver. b) only the 6 digit code and make sure you know the dealer, installer, and master codes. c) I would assume you can use PGM 1, 3, 4 for manual sensor reset, but I am only a user and one of the dealers may know for sure. d) I think so, but I am not a 100% positive if I installed the EOL on each smoke. You also need the power reversing relay so you trigger all smokes if one goes off.
  7. I had the same issue with two 2016 vintage units. I replaced both with new units and initially had the same issue. Eventually I went into the UPS settings and changed the voltage range from NORMAL to GENERATOR. Note, I am on a highly reliable power grid with very little voltage fluctuation and very few power losses. But still, GENERATOR range under the Voltage Range Setting fixed the issue. I believe these setting came out in a more recent firmware update which has caused this issue. I did not install my old UPS’s to test the above theory but would love to know what you find.
  8. I read it as being written by SNAP ONE’s counsel, nothing more, nothing less. And i don’t blame Snap One. In time, we will all know if this latest driver is a good solution. For me, I just wish it was available on DC. Ultimately, if not DC, I wish SnapOne would take over the driver store for C4. Just my HO - so don't shoot!
  9. I wish you had turned to this forum years ago, and long before you grew so frustrated. I am a long time user of C4, not a dealer, but I can say that I have not experienced any ongoing issue with my systems (multiple houses going back to 2008) and I have lighting, sound, camera’s, AV, security, blinds, etc. I would suggest you give one of the dealers on this forum a chance to address your issues before spending the funds to remove or replace it.
  10. When I go to Lighting for a room, at the bottom of the screen I see a selection for Room and All. Room being Room only lights and All being all lights.
  11. My bad. I meant to say it would be awesome to be able to do this via programming.
  12. I would like the ability to be able to add and remove FAVORITE’s of existing items to various rooms based on time of day or season of year. For example, during the Christmas Season, I manually FAVORITE my Christmas Lighting Scenes to the room level and then remove those FAVORITEs in January. I don’t know if this is possible, but if it is, i would expect many would find it beneficial. Thank you in advance for any feedback.
  13. The driver used in my system is the IQPanel2 driver that is available in the standard C4 driver database. I am not aware of any IQPro specific driver but if it comes out I will consider the switch - depending on benefits since my current driver is working flawlessly. I installed the IQPro panel myself. All zones that were going directly to my main DSC Neo board I transferred to the IQPro board. I was able to simply wire the corbus to all my zone extenders and did not have to rewire the majority of my 80+ hardwire zones. The PowerG is built into the IQPro so I was able to eliminate the external PowerG (just make sure you get the right frequency for your existing system as they offer 3 options here). Although I do not think it was necessary, I did change out my keypads to those recommended for the IQPro. Setup was pretty straight forward using the IQ App on iPhone. The only documents I used were those available from DSC for the IQPro panel which you can get directly from their website (I did and I am DIY). I must admit the configuration was very limited in comparison to the DSC Neo - but that said, it was sufficient for what I needed. Regarding integrating the IQPro into C4, search this forum as there is guidance on how to do it. One key is to change the codes from 4 to 6 digits. And make sure you have the Dealer, Installer and Master codes (for your C4 dealer) if you have your IQPro panel professionally installed.
  14. I am using it with the available driver and it has worked flawlessly. I replaced my DSC Neo because I wanted C4 integration AND monitoring.
  15. If I set the scenes to autoplay in HUE, how do I execute the scene from C4?
  16. Bringing this back up. Does anyone know if its possible to active a dynamic Hue Scene from C4 and to play/pause the scene from C4?
  17. Miracles are still happening :).
  18. My iPad may be slightly faster than my iPhone but both are near instant after the system update to 3.4.1 and app updates. Hope it stays this way.
  19. If you installed the system yourself, unless you changed them, the Dealer and Installer codes should be the default codes. I don’t recall where I found them when I installed my system, but you should be able to find the default codes in the installation manual, or online searching for them, or from one of the dealers on this forum that install this panel. Once you have the default codes, you should be able to log in and change them.
  20. Interesting. I’ll have to ask. I did notice a significant update to the IOS app this morning.
  21. You will get input from some of the pros on this forum but everything your asking should be doable given you have the right setup. for example, you will need some type of sensor to know if someone walked in front of your screen.
  22. Just want to point out that the seller here only has 3 posts to this forum. I am not a dealer, but as a long term user I caution all to be careful who you buy from.
