Any other thoughts on this issue? I have the same problem, I can join zones for anything where Sonos is the audio endpoint only, but when the beam or Arcs are the audio endpoint for video as well they do not appear as a zone option. I can add other zones to them, but cannot add them to other zones.

Looking for a dealer that can purchase and install Haiku fan driver (http://www.chowmainsoft.com/big-ass-fanslights-haiku-driver). Recent dealer on project is not longer responsive. Maybe additional opportunities for remote programming.
