  1. *bump* I've talked to Dish tech support and of course the "Power ON/Power OFF" trick does not work. I still have no audio on 1 of the 5 boxes from these Joeys and Hoppers. So process of elimination, it's not the boxes, it's not the cables, and it's not the 16x16 matrix switcher. Would it possibly be something in the network or the settings in any of the boxes that would limit audio?
  2. Ok, I've paired up the joey's with the correct hopper's, but now another issue has risen. I have no audio on one joey. What's odd, is when I switch the hdmi's around from the hopper's/joey's to the 16x16 matrix, the joey that had no audio before...NOW has audio, but one of the other boxes will be without audio. I am only using hdmi's from the hopper's/joey's to the matrix and have tried inputs 1-5 and even 11-16 with the same result being one of the boxes will not have audio. Any guesses or solutions? Thank you all very much in advance!
  3. Hmmmm. I've followed those instructions and still cannot control my joey's. I'll keep looking around. Thanks! *UPDATE* I did not have my Control Outputs Connections set to the correct Joey!
  4. Hey everyone, I am working at a house that we have 2 Dish Network Hopper's and 3 Dish Network Joey's. I have ID'd the Hoppers and connected my endpoints and they work just fine. However, the Joey's are a different issue. I've downloaded the Joey driver, put in the receiver CA ID and have connected them to the network. There is no 'pairing' on the joey's as there were on the Hopper's. I cannot control the joey's from my SR260 remotes. Any tips as to what I'm doing wrong? Side Note, when I check the IP's of the Joey's...they are all the same. They show 'linked' to the Hopper as well. If you need any more info, please ask! Thanks in advance!!
