  1. Andrew is a rock star! Pinpointed drivers that were slowing the system. Now deleted and problem solved. So the brain trust was right! Thanks to all
  2. Nothing recently installed. We do have sonos but that has been fine for 5 years. Is there a log I can check in composer pro to see if there is a memory issue?
  3. Any way to figure out which one? didn't add/update anything recently
  4. Weird thing started happening in the house right now. Intermittent delays in carrying out any command. Eg. Dish or Direct TV or Roku or ATV all will work fine then suddenly not register button presses from the remote (happens with SR260, NEEO, touchscreen, and iPhone app) then suddenly catch up with those button presses. Tried resetting EA5, remotes, rebooted composer....nothing seems to fix it. Light switches also intermittently have delays in firing the programming of the button. It is intermittent which makes it very hard to figure out. Any suggestions? Thanks
  5. I would recommend moving to the IR driver on this forum for the ATV and not the "official" version which seems to break a little too often. But in your case it is no audio... so you can control the ATV? If you cannot then try controlling with your iPhone (remote app) to see if ATV is working ok. Did the audio pref in ATV get changed? This is more of an issue with video. Is the sound run through a receiver? audio matrix? If receiver, does the sound from the other sources come through ok? I agree that when set up C4 works great. But to get someone to help in your home can take weeks right now since C4 dealers are really busy with all the construction.
  6. They lied...all support is from your local dealer. There are remote dealers but they usually do not work on emergency basis (although a few on here might). C4 does not support owners. Only dealers can get tech support from them.
  7. I updated the DMX engine first then put in the universal driver (then when each light was working deleted v2 light drivers). Worked fine. Maybe the install of the universal requires dependencies that aren’t made by the V2?
  8. Thank you!!! It was putting them all in one parenthesis...that worked...Sure wish there were instructions for this awesome driver.
  9. Here is the scenario: Large cove with 3 separate LED strips of 16feet each. Each strip controlled by its own DMX controller. Want one "light" in C4 UI that controls brightness/color Old driver: Used Group RGB dimmer, put in 3 "fixtures" and the DMX for each color. eg red [1][4][7] - all turned on/changed color etc with the one RGB control New Universal driver: no place to put number of fixtures, need a separate driver for each DMX control, so now in the room I have 3 "lights" instead of one. Should only appear as one since they are always together. I can put in red [1][4][7] in the red channel, but not in green or blue and this does not allow the one driver to control 3 DMX controllers. There are no instructions in the driver documentation how to do this like there was in the old driver. @jackstoneany suggestions as to what I am doing wrong? thanks !
  10. thanks, those show 3.3 release notes, not how to group lights using the new Domaudio DMX LED driver (https://www.blackwiredesigns.com/store/advanced-dmx-for-control4/). The old version of the driver worked great to have on dimmer for a group of LED lights controlled by different DMX controllers. New one cannot do this?
  11. @jackstoneThere are no instructions in driver how to set up a group of RGB lights to work as one. Do you do Red [1][4][7]? That is accepted, but cannot do same to Green and blue channels? And it doesn't work...Is there 3.3 instructions somewhere? In old driver, you would say 3 fixtures, 3 channels, and put in DMX numbers. Thanks for making a great driver, just need some instructions
  12. Awesome if @jackstone is working on it, I have no worries!
  13. Anyone have an idea if the new 3.3 RGW wheel works with Domeaudio DMX driver
  14. Factory resetting (put on dock). While holding volume up put pin into upper right reset hole, keep holding volume up until c4 with exclamation point shows, it will say erasing) then redo everything…worked for me on 2 bricked screens. Key part is to work it has to be on the dock w power
  15. Any dealers care to share what C4 is saying about this??

Agree, just did the training and got certified. Amazing tech. The natural language processing are game changing vs google/amazon. eg Turn on CNN...turns on correct TV, changes channel to correct channel...and this was with almost no programming...very easy to use. Costs a lot, but you get what you pay for = bulletproof, easy to use...and most importantly = wife approval (and she never like other options). She asked me to install more around the house! Tech support is unreal and very pleasant. For most people, Micros are the way to go. Nanos/Core add more price and unless you want it in the wall (and there are kits to put micros in the wall or ceiling) or don't want to add a sonos port to your system. Reach out if you have any questions.
  17. Thanks Matt. I have power cycled. Pulled plug and left off for 10 or so minutes. Sent known source that works in another part of house (different triad AMP) to the "broken" amp—nothing. The lights on the regular amp follow the rooms that are on. The "broken" one always have all lights on, despite having no zones on. Will check on warranty.
  18. When it rains it pours...I replaced my Leaf with an AXION-X which is awesome! Now one of my triad AMPs has met its maker...So I am looking for best audio matrix amp / preamp in 2022, thanks!
  19. My sound suddenly stopped from the Triad Amp. Power cycled. Rebooted everything. All the number lights are on. Is it dead?
  20. 12 TV’s, 6 sources, but Wifey likes being able to put same thing on several TV’s. right now we have a Leaf (3rd one, and this one is on the fritz again, so leaf is out). Marantz Receivers are in rack for the two rooms with surround sound (which brings up another question with JAP/MOIP if the TV gets the IP receiver, how does the sound receiver get the Dolby stuff)? 4 TV’s use the speakers in the ceiling for sound (from Triad AMP/audio matrix in rack). Whole house has distributed audio. There are really two main zones: basement has a theater being built with Sony PJ, bar area, golf sim, and exercise room; other zone that the pictures need to match is in kitchen and hearth room where the TV’s are near.
