  1. I finally figured it out. I uninstalled the driver and started from scratch and everything is back in order. Thanks
  2. I do have the correct cable going from my controller to the URTSI because two out of three shades are working. Yes I did pair with the Spmfy RTS device and everything works well. It's mind blowing because the issue is within Control 4 composer pro. As far as my connections go within the "Connections" section this is all I am able to see. The "blinds" are grouped as one. The image below it is highlighted and have the mouse pointer over it.
  3. Jil, Before going into control4 pro I sat down with my URSTI and identified every single channel for each individual shade. The door was working perfectly fine from the URTSI when hitting the up and down button, but for the god of me I can't find the channel in control 4 pro. I even double check to make sure the door wasnt on channel one on my URSTI. Any other suggestions?
  4. Hi, I am very new to the C4 programming world, but I have a good understanding of how things work. I am currently using the Somfy URTSI 16 channel for the 3 shades in my movie theater. I have manually identified the shades to the channels programmed directly to the URTSI. In Composer pro, how can I identify which blind corresponds with the correct channel on the URSTI module? The only shade working are the "back shades" and "side shades". The "back shades" are also linked to "Blinds 5" and "Blinds6", but I can't identify which channel on the URSTI it is programmed to. None of the blinds from composer pro are able to control my "door shades" but it works directly from the URSTI. My initial and overall concern is how do I match the composer pro "blind" to the URTSI channel? So I can get the door shades to work. Below I have attached a few screenshots of all that I am able to see.
