Hi gents, I have a job with a Video Matrix LU-462. I cannot detect it on the network, while I can detect all other devices. I tried power reboot it several times, connected, verified and changed the network cable, connected it directly on my switch router but it did not help. Is there any reset to factory possible? Any other suggestion? How do we reset it to factory default? I cannot find the manual online? Kind regards,
