  1. This comment couldn't be further away from the truth.
  2. In the app, go to settings and scroll down to Intercom to enable it. It is disabled by default.
  3. Go to customer.control4.com. In the users tab make sure the names are spelled correctly.
  4. Live3.sdp is the Substream and that is the one freezing. Set both the main and sub streams in the NVR to live.sdp which is the mainstream.
  5. How are you integrating the Chime to your NVR? Onvif? There is a bug where the RTSP stream will freeze when the button is pressed. I reported this to Control4, but it wasn’t even acknowledged. There no reference number that I’m aware of. The only way to fix this is to use the RTSP URL directly and not the Onvif profile. Also, you need to use the main stream for recording, since the issue is in the Substream. Also, in my NVR I use the main stream URL for both the main stream and the Substream.
  6. For now only T4s and Mobile. T3s and OSD not supported for now.
  7. Go to customer.Control4.com, go to “Devices” and delete all the devices in the account. Delete devices, not users. This will log you out of the app. Log in and try again.
  8. Are you looking for dealers to do the work? Or are you a new dealer that needs help? Also, where you are located? The more information you provide, the better help you’ll get.
  9. That looks like an issue with the snapshot URL. If you are using the Chowmain's driver, there's a bug in that driver where the driver sometimes won't get the correct URL and give you the error you are seeing. Check the snapshot URL in the driver's properties and make sure it has this format: http://192.168.13.127:80/ISAPI/Streaming/channels/103/picture?resolution=640x480 Please note that the "3" in "103" represents the stream number you have setup. If anyone from Chowmain sees this post, you should setup the above URL as the first URL that the driver cycles through since this is the format most Hikvision cameras use. I haven't used a Hikvision camera that doesn't use this format.
  10. The generic driver will give you the same results. You might be having an issue with settings. Your dealer should look into it for you.
  11. That’s not a good driver. Use either the generic camera driver or Chowmain’s Hikvision driver.
  12. What driver are you using? In the iOS app, go to settings and tap on "Sync settings". The Camera proxy has been improved a lot in 3.2.3. My feeds load instantly in my iPhone and my T4s. I use Hikvision cameras with the third stream set to 1080p.
  13. You can use any sensor with the Dam-It valve. The sensors communicate with Control4 and not the valve directly, so you can use any sensor including the $10 wired sensors in Amazon. I do agree with the OP, the Dam-It system is junk.
  14. iPad minis with swollen batteries were a known defect. Apple still replaces those regardless of warranty status. I took 2 to the Apple store that were about 5 years old and Apple replaced them on the spot with no questions asked.
  15. If the Chime is making a call to the touchscreens when motion is detected, why do you need the snapshot for? Now the Chime is busy making a call, so what happens when the button is pressed? You can play a sound in the touchscreens by creating an announcement that plays only on the selected touch screens.
  16. If your project has an updated DS2 driver, then it has an updated DS2 firmware. What are you trying to do?
  17. I think I have one in stock. I’ll check tonight.
  18. I have a red one. Open box, never installed.
  19. Update to the latest OS. C4 has made improvements to the camera proxy and streams now load a lot faster and without fail.
