  1. Add a delay before activating the relay. Start with 500ms. Plan B If the delay doesn't work: Go to the properties, enable Advanced Properties if you haven't done it. Enable "Call Button for Programming Only", click Set. In programming: When button is pressed: Close relay 500ms delay Open relay 250ms delay (Adjust) Initiate call from DS2 to "All" Group Make sure the relay activation is before the call.
  2. It’s a shame that you want to replace Control4 with Harmony. You can have a remote dealer from this forum take a look at your system and see what can be done. They are great programmers here that can fix your issues.
  3. I’m sorry I wasn’t clear, I know you need a matrix with delay settings. My question was about systems that are already implemented. I guess decoders in the rack is the solution for rooms with sound coming from the matrix. Thanks,
  4. The issue is distributed audio. How do you deal with audio coming from a matrixed system to in-ceiling speakers (for example)?
  5. Do you guys know what the latency is on these encoders? Thanks, Eddy
  6. OP, go to the Advanced Lighting Agent in Composer HE. Select the scene that you want to toggle. Click the "Create Default" button. Test. Done!
  7. One thing to keep in mind is that when creating dynamic announcements, you have to keep them under 30 seconds. This is a limitation of the Announcement Agent.
  8. Keep in mind that you'll be using the same announcement in Control4, and by that I mean the rooms in which the announcement will be played. The actual audio announcement will change depending on the variable, but it'll always play in the rooms you choose in the Announcement's settings. If you want certain announcements to play in specific rooms, you'll need an instance of the driver for every announcement. I've created a "house status report" announcement. And man, it works like a charm! You can program the driver to give you the status of only devices that require attention. For example, when I trigger the "Good Night Scene" the announcement will tell me which windows are open, but it won't mention the ones that are closed ("One of the kitchen windows is open"). If there's nothing to report, it'll give me a confirmation announcement, a simple "Good Night" confirms everything is closed and locked. Pretty cool! The one thing that sets this driver apart from others is that it uses Amazon Polly which is the most natural sounding TTS engine I've experienced.
  9. How are these prices possible? And if the items are new, why can't you use them in another project?
  10. For those of you who have Mitsubishi Mini Split systems; in order to use a conventional thermostat such as C4 or Nest all you need is this Mitsubishi part: PAC-US444CN-1
  11. With the Mitsubishi and their native module, you can use any standard thermostat, as mentioned.
  12. Sounds like a circuit breaker. I know you stated that you checked, but make sure just in case. Turn the breaker fully off, then flip it on. If you don't turn it off first, you won't be able to turn it back on or reset it.
  13. If the LEDs are still on on the dimmers, a controller reboot might solve your problem.
  14. My hat off to you guys! Color picker looks really cool and it was way over due.
  15. Damn! I thought it was a C4 fearure. Does that mean that you have to go to security to access the color picker?
  16. Color picker! Finally, that's awesome. I'll give this a try. Will you be doing a video showing the color picker? Eddy
  17. I need to give this a second shot. I'll update and report. Josh, are we (people who bought the beta) getting a full driver?
  18. The cell phone connection is not the only variable. Your network at home has to do all the work before it gets to your phone. How fast the upload speed of your service at home is, etc. People keep talking about great LTE connections and don't think about their Apple Express at home.
