    Also, and this is a personal preference. I'd change the time to "when time is night time". This way it works with the sunset. Here in NYC, it gets dark at 4:30 pm in the winter. You want that light to work when it's dark out. Delete 1 second delay and stop command.

    There has to be a way to get in a developer program or something like that. Hopefully somebody with knowledge will pop in and give you some info. Good luck.

    OP, no dealer in the forums will offer you a license. You have to reach out to your local dealers and be employed by one before you can get a license or training. Also, try reaching out to your local sales rep, he or she might have advice for you.
