Hello! we recently installed the Hegel P30 driver (which was downloaded from their own support page) into our project, but we came across a big problem. 1) The commands don’t work, neither with a P2 cable connected from the EA1 IR port into the IR in of the P30, nor from a IR transmitter 2) If I right click the P30 and click on “Edit driver”, the commands don’t work on the “Codes” tab (when I click “emit”) 3) HOWEVER, when I go the “Macros” tab of the “Driver Wizard”, all commands work beautifully (with a IR transmitter, not with the P2 cable) 4) BUT, when I go to the “Programming” tab Of the Composer, and add the same macros that worked in the “Driver Wizard”, they don’t work. why is that? Can someone please help me? thank you in advance!

Hello! I’m having a major problem with my 8-channel C4 amplifier. 1) I plug it into the outlet and, even without any connections, it powers on (leaving the standby state) and stays on. If I switch the “Trigger” switch on and off again, it goes to standby state.. 2) If I plug in the RCA and speaker cables and switch the source on, it turns on and, when I switch the source off, it doesn’t turn off and keeps making a buzzing sound on the speakers. 3) The buzzing goes away when I unplug the RCA cables. It happens in all zones. My dealer and I have been struggling with this, with no solution. Could you please help me? thank you!
