They are located right by the controller. I’d like to stay below $500 if possible.

Ok this is weird. It was actually my HC-800 running director that won't ping. It shows online in Fing, and everything else C4 seems to be working fine.

Yes it was. It stopped working about a month ago.

I can't seem to connect to my TL280. I can't even ping it, but I have checked that the ethernet cable running to it is getting signal to it. Anyone have any ideas on what I could do?

Does the communicator have to be by the panel? I'm thinking of getting one of these, but I don't have ethernet to my panel.
