  1. I can see C4 replacing their Digital Media streams with Dante. The Triad One is a perfect example of how Dante could be used. Imagine using MoIP for video distribution, with Dante audio out into a Matrix (more likely a Triad DSP amp). There are some fantastic usage scenarios for Dante in residential. We use either Dante or AVB on almost every commercial job (AES67 and CobraNet still wont die either).
  2. @Dunamivora In a Raid 1 configuration, the drives are an exact, concurrent mirror of each other. The way I see it is that the CA10 has: Redundant storage, redundant power supplies, and redundant NIC's. Short of the processor dying (which is usually the most reliable part of a controller) it is effectively two home controllers in one.
  3. David, does your driver currently work? I have the same driver and it no longer seems to work. HouseLogix no longer sells the driver (even though the icon for C4 thermostats has the Lyric as it's picture). I've contacted SnapAV (current owner of HouseLogix) and they don't seem to know why it is no longer for sale or why it isn't supported. Their only suggestion was to delete the driver from composer and re-add it, which didn't help.
  4. Do you have Verizon Wireless? I believe they stream NFL games and you could always AirPlay your device to the Apple TV.
  5. Here's the data sheet: http://www.control4.com/docs/product/ds2-door-station/data-sheet/english/revision/A/ds2-door-station-data-sheet-rev-a.pdf Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Depending on the panel all you need is the 4232CBM module and you should be good. The new Honeywell drivers allow for remote arming and disarming, which is great. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. We're running a DS2 on a gate because it has contact closures. Had to run fiber to the house though because of the distance. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
