Well, the key is correct but what I found was that I added a used EA1 and once I deleted it it started working but I am still having some really odd slowness issues in one Room(not even related to the other room) and I cannot for the life of me see why..... IE... I may turn on Apple TV and it may take 10 seconds for the TV to come on. Is there a realtime way in C4 to see the logs of what is happening realtime to diagnose or is there better logging so I can see this better.. Thanks guys (epecially MGreen)

I have a room with an XBR Sony TV and All of a sudden the TV will not turn off but WILL turn on regardless of what I want to do ie..... Youtube TV, Netflix, Apple TV's all turn the TV on but no longer will turn the TV off... Whats odd here is that in the driver the Connected to Network status shows FALSE but it actually is connected ie... everything works fine with exception of the TV Turning off all of a sudden... Now, it's not the TV because the the Sony remote turns the TV off just fine. Any help?

Hey Guys, Any of the TLC Tvs (Or any other brands for that matter) that have fire tv built in... Can they be integrated like a fire stick? Are they just seen as a fire tv like a fire tv stick and controlled that way? I think I would rather have direct integration as opposed to a fire stick external in one of the HDMI ports... Thoughts?

Hey guys, I got a couple of the Halo remotes (not the touches) and I actually like them but the Siri seems to not be pretty bad when it comes to searching for something on YouTube. Are there remote issues with the voice or is this just Siri. It seems ok on the phone but not really when going though the remote. Anyone seen an issue here?

Hi guys, I have C4 all over my home and have an extensive alarm system in it. Just for GP I would not mind integrating the alarm system into C4 as well but from what I see with the drivers even the Vista 20P driver is now obsolete. Anyone have any suggestions about what would be the easiest panel upgrade. I would not mind having integration into C4 just to complete the house. Any suggestions on what I should upgrade to and what would be the easiest. I don't really know anything about alarm but I think I can figure it out. Thoughts? Thanks

I am not even sure of the camera brands but they are older and were here when we bought the house 8 years ago. The wiring is just analog connectors with 12V power and coax cables from what I see. I will try to grab a pic and post... Thanks for your help.

Hey guys, I have struggled with camera settings for a long time and figured I would ask for help. The house has about 8 or so analog cameras and since we bought the house I have not been able to get the cameras settings to load consistently in the OSD for C4...Ultimatly it does not matter about cameras in C4 but it just something I want to have. I just bought a Luma 310 analog DVR just to put in something different to see if it was the NVR causing the issue but that does not seem to be it. This is a different DVR and drivers so that was not it. seems like I am missing something... Some questions: 1 - is there a trick with analog cameras and correct settings? Am I just missing something or is this just an analog issue... 2- Can someone point me towards optimal settings for analog cameras and a Luma 310 DVR? These cameras are only about 3 MP at most and It really does not really seem to matter what my settings are sat at... Any experts out there? Thanks for your help guys... I do have one more question... If I bought a 510 LUMA or something different can I use Baluns to use the existing cameras? No way I could change the wiring at this point... Thanks guys.

Hey guys, I downloaded the new fire stick tv driver and put in 2 rooms and created the mini apps for Youtube tv. The odd thing is that all turns on/off fine but in both rooms the tv pauses Youtube TV each time it turns on... Anyone seen this and what could fix it Thanks guys.

So the room control driver is killer. I actually forgot about that. Thanks for the heads up... I do have one more thing that is drives me crazy... I want to know if you guys use the HDMI CEC or not? What I mean is that Apple TV, Firestick, LG tvs all have their own CES protocols where they try to control the video movement and sometimes they work right and sometimes not... My question is: Should I just turn CEC off on all TV, APPLE TV, FIRESTICKS etc... when hooked up to EA1/5 controllers and let C4 to get everything rock solid everywhere? My assumption here is that when using programming in C4 and choosing lets say.... Apple TV in the living room that C4 automatically selects the input based on the bidding... meaning nothing else would need to be done... Is my assumption correct? Thanks guys!

Hey guys, Is there an easy way to program something to say "If the fireplace is on turn it off" and if the fireplace is on turn it off? The same applies to music but in composer the conditions are nit there if attempting to do this from a macro or such. HELP?

Hey guys, This may be something I am just not looking at right but my media sessions on the right side in composer does not show as active... Am I missing something? Yesterday I was doing some programming and I saw them active and used one on a TV active media session to do some programming but for the life of me I am not sure how I got there? any help?

Hmmm, thats odd. I have a hunch that some of this could be due to apple tvs NOT having the ability to turn off screensavers but I am not sure

Hey guys, I have been having issues with something that I could use help on... When I program the tv to turn on it is very inconsistent as to how it comes on...ie... the tv comes on and sometimes goes right to the youtube TV channel it was left on then sometimes it just comes on and struggles to find apple TV for some reason ie..... It seems like it could be an HDMI switching issue but I am unsure. Attached is a video of what I see sometimes... I could use some opinions as to how to get this resolved. Attached is the simple programming and a screenshot of the NO SIGNAL So what happens is I hit the Tv button APPLE TV HDMI 2 displays on TV Youtube TV displays on TV Then the tv goes to the channel but sometimes.. This happens where it appears that the TV shows as if there is no signal Thanks guys!

Hey guys, . Both my garage doors are going up and down following each other which is not the way it is programmed. Ie... if I hit the a single garage door after that door closes then the other one follows that door each time after 3.0 update. They are programmed individually and if I disconnect the WCS10A-2-ZP magnet sensors the doors do not do this... My thoughts is that the WCS10A is faulty but that is odd after it happening only after the 3,.0 update. Anyone seen this? Thanks
