I have a potential customer that has a handful of GE ZigBee dimmer devices installed already. If we put this guy on Control4 and use a VeraPlus - can I get them into C4/Composer? Will they act like regular lights, interface wise?

If someone purchased one of these from Amazon would it work on Control4? The zigbee model? Was sent to a job where the customer had done that and couldn’t get those two locks to join the zigbee network. Tech support obviously unwilling/unable to help (they helped more than I anticipated they would) and I tested a zigbee extended and it learned in just fine. One of the tech reps said no chance it would work as the radios were different and the other said it should work that C4 just resells them. I’d like to know what’s true so I don’t waste my time in the future.

Watching this. I have the same issue at one location. Excellent WiFi. Several WAPs with one very close to this touchscreen. 6 touchscreens at this residence and 3 are WiFi, all work fine except for this one. Great signal, but just horrible experience on this touchscreen.

I am having an isolated issue where Pandora is cutting out on a customers system. It cuts out for 5-10 seconds and then keeps playing. I have changed the DNS to google, re-installed the driver, multiple reboots. It's really bordering on ridiculous. Broighthouse modem into Luxul router directly into EA-1 feeding a Sony 3100 receiver. This is a one-room system. I have tested the speed of the port the controller is plugged in to, and I get 100 down speeds, so many more than what I need to stream. Ping is great. What can I do from this point? It is beyond infuriating. Playing Pandora is pretty simple and something Sonos has never had an issue with. I am tempted to just give this guy a Sonos Connect to be done with it altogether.

As others have said, EZTouch will not integrate into Control4. We also have been down that route. It doesn't. Seems like it should, I agree. But it won't.
