  1. I reported this to C4 about 15 hours ago. I don't see the same LUA in your snippet @cgboulet that I am seeing, but I'm getting a 503 error indicating a service unavailable. I don't know if Sirius has changed something or what, but if they have, I think this will take a driver revision to fix. So far, I haven't seen an update from C4.
  2. I do this in my own home and I trigger the programming by the status of the alarm system (i.e... When Alarm armed Away -> monitor mode/auto answer on the tablets). I don't have to do any sort of refresh and it happens pretty much immediately. What do you mean by "This automation works just fine in composer"? It seems that it doesn't work if you are having to do something else manually, but I may be misunderstanding.
  3. The only thing I could think of to give this any legitimacy would be if you were using SR-250 remotes before and were on a version too old to use the SR-260 remotes. But any dealer can download the needed version of Composer and install it onto their computer. You need at least 2.7 for the SR-260. Do you know what version you have? You could find it in the app under settings. I would still think you could upgrade what you have to 2.7 without having to replace hardware...Can't remember if any controllers were dropped on or around 2.7, though.
  4. Only issue I've ever experienced is that they had a bad run where you would get them out of the box and half the buttons would just fall out. They replaced all the affected units. It was obviously either a manufacturing or shipping issue, but I had like 20 in a row that did that. I think I've had maybe 2 that had the back part that you connect the wires to go bad. But overall, they have been "install and forget" units.
  5. I like the Ecobee thermostats themselves, but the C4 integration has been very problematic. I know Ecobee has done some work to address this on their end, but it is still a problem with the driver needing to be reconnected to their service a lot. I'm with Cyknight on this as far as cloud goes...but not sure why he likes Ecobee but not Honeywell when they both require cloud. Venstar is another option...They have a local API so don't require the cloud to work and they connect over IP.
  6. Control4 has always been "mum" about announcing new products ahead of time, and now that they are public again under Snap One, this will be even more the case. Better to work on kid training than to rely on new products from C4.
