  1. Has anyone experienced this problem. I have C4 OS3.4.1. I have an iPhone 12 Pro running iOS 17.4.1 I have a 2N door station and use the latest 2N driver for control4. in the C4 configuration I have enabled 2 custom buttons to allow me to operate a door and a gate. When someone calls, I receive the call in the Control4 app on my iPhone. When I answer the call I get the video but sometime the "pie" menu that leads to the two custom buttons is missing and is replaced with a video camera icon and then I am then unable to open the door. Other times the menu is present and works as expected. This problem seems to happen randomly. It can happen when answering an intercom call on my internal WiFi at home or when away from home on a mobile signal. I have included 2 screenshots - one where the menu is missing and a second where the menu is present. I noticed that when the menu is missing, the microphone is enabled and I have a camera-reversal icon present on screen. It's as if the Control4 app is not the app that has answered the call on the phone. When the pie menu is present, the microphone is muted at the start of the call and the menu replaces the video camera icon.Does anybody have any idea what is going wrong or how to fix this?
  2. of course . I suspect something in the driver or in OS3.1.1 I'm pretty convinced it cannot be in the network infrastructure as it all worked in OS2.10.6. I'm currently dealing with 2N tech people and taking traces that might reveal something. If anyone has any experience of debugging this issue I'd be very interested. The other 'oddity'/bug, is that I can no longer make a call from the touch-panel to the 2N unit. It says it is in a state of "ringing' but nothing happens. The driver debug log shows no activity when attempting the call. No idea why this isn't working either
  3. Interesting. But it also drops out on the touch-panels in the house. So the picture won't even be going through any cloud servers. This is what is so puzzling. If I use the 2N cloud servers (this is a paid subscription service) then the picture on my mobile is perfect. The signal is still going down the same ethernet cable from the camera into the house and into our Cisco 48 port managed switch before going out over our broadband to the 2N servers. If this works fine, then why does the picture not display properly on the C4 touchscreens in the house?
  4. I recently had our C4 upgraded from OS2.10.6 to OS3.1.1 Part of our system contained a 2n IP Verso Door Station. This had worked perfectly. Pressing the call button would ring our touch panels and call out to our mobiles (via 2N cloud subscription service). We could also call from the 2N app on our mobile to the door station and get an audio+video connection - very useful if you didn't answer the call in time. When we upgraded to OS3, we installed the new 2N driver. All IP Person firmware is up to date. The new driver is supposed to work with C4's IntercomAnywhere app (we have a 4sight subscription). We have discovered various problems: The answering the call we get a picture which then goes off saying "Poor Connection. Continuing with audio. Video will return when the connection improves". The picture then improves for a second or two and the whole thing just keeps repeating. This is the same whether we answer the call on one of our touchscreen panels or on our mobiles. It worked perfectly before we upgraded so I very much doubt it's any sort of hardware problem. IntercomAnywhere lists the door station (and the touchscreens). However, if I try calling from my mobile to the door station, nothing happens. The app says it is "calling" but nothing happens on the door station. Turning on the C4 driver debug, nothing shows up in the debug window. Eventually the app will come up with "Not Answered". If I use my old 2N app to call the door station, the door station tried to answer the call however C4 also sees the incoming call to the door station and interferes! The driver debug window shows C4 sending a Call Reject message which then terminates the call from my mobile. All I want is the functionality I had before upgrading. As a bonus, if I could use the IntercomAnywhere app to do the same as the 2N app then I'd save my 2N subscription. However, with poor picture quality issues and not being able to call the door station the whole thing is very frustrating. Has anyone else experienced any of these issues? Are there some magic settings that might help? Any advice greatly appreciated!!! Anthony
  5. Any advice appreciated on this one. We have a 4sight subscription and have created various automations with When>Then in the past. We are on OS2.10.6. Today we went to add an automation so logged on and brought up When>Then and then displayed our long list of automations. The list is long so they don't all display within the window. However the only scroll bar present scrolls the whole page which is largely full of an advert for OS3 and then the large site map. If we use search for an existing automation it finds it and we can select it but again all the controls don't fit within the frame and there seems to be no way to scroll the contents of the frame. This never used to be a problem. We have used the latest version of Safari, as well as Firefox and Chrome and the problem is the same with all of them. I am thinking there must be some really simple solution but just cannot find it. Could anybody point me in the right direction please?

  7. Shivam, Many thanks for making this available. I have used Radio 4 on TuneIn as my morning alarm until they stopped providing it. I have successfully installed your driver and I can use it to select music to listen to and it all works. However, it does not appear in the list of source media that I can select from in the Wakeup/Goodnight agent. Do you know if this is possible and if so I'd be really grateful if you could point me in the right direction to configure it. I am using Composer Pro 2.10.6 Kind regards, Anthony
  8. Hi. I have an Apple Gen 4 AppleTV and am using the latest version of the IP driver. All works OK however if I am watching something on Netflix and then press the STOP button on the Control4 remote, the movie stops playing but then my Apple TV starts playing music. I have then have to press STOP again to stop the music. Has anyone else seen this and is there a way to fix this strange behaviour?
