  1. Understood msgreenf - thanks for the response.
  2. Hi all, I have a C4 system with multiple Sonos speakers within my design in multiple rooms. When Spotify connect is chosen in a room where a Sonos speaker is and I stream Spotify to "Spotify Connect" within the Spotify app, audio only comes out of my EA3 controllers audio output not the Sonos speaker in the room selected. Is this normal behaviour or should I be able to stream Spotify Connect direct to the Sonos speaker in that room when Spotify is selected for that room in the C4 app? I hope this question makes sense . . . .
  3. Thank you all for your replies. I ended up deleting my existing Sonos drivers that I had installed for when the Sonos Ones were individual speakers and started again. Once I did this, the volume control started working right away. Happy days!!
  4. Hi all, I have recently added a Sonos playbar with surround speakers to my lounge room. The playbar and two Sonos Ones are grouped together via the Sonos app to form a surround system for the lounge. All three items are connected via WiFi to my local network and are all online in the Sonos app. I am having trouble getting volume control to work through Control4. I have added the Sonos network driver and Sonos endorsed driver for the playbar. No matter what I do with my connections and end points, I can't get the volume control to work. Has anyone had any experience with this type of setup that can point me in the right direction?
  5. Thanks for the tip Dunamivora. I always forget about the certificate patch. All good now - managed to get through to 3.1.1 eventually. Cheers.
  6. Hi all, I recently tried to update my EA3 controller from 3.0.0 to 3.1.1 and it hung/failed at the HID section of the update. When I exited and checked via sysmanager, it appeared as though the controller had updated to version 3.1.1, but it would not appear in the Composer local system list. After numerous attempts to reset, reboot and network reset (with no luck), I read an article which mentioned an issue with 3.1.1 and that a factory reset was required. I have since performed the factory reset and it has gone back to version 2.8.1, but I still can't connect to it in Composer (using 2.8.1 or any version). The following error appears when trying to connect: Could not connect to Director/Broker at 192.168.1.xxxDirector status: disconnectedBroker to Director status: disconnectedBroker status: disconnectedMessage: Location is invalid Does anyone have any ideas where to from here for me now please?? Regards, David.
  7. Thanks for the response sonic30101. I checked in there and found the devices were all disabled for some reason. I re enabled the devices and searched again and all is now ok. Not sure what happened there All is back to normal now. Thanks again.
  8. Hi all, I recently upgraded my system from 2.10.6 to OS3 and have since found that my Echo Show and the Alexa app on my iPhone have stopped connecting to my lights with the Control4 skill. I have tried to disable the skill and reconnect but it still won’t discover the devices. Has anyone else come across this issue and if so what have you done to correct this?
