    I upgraded my alarm panel firmware and now C4 can't connect. Anyone lese got the same issue? Or, does someone have the C4 DSC integration guide?

    I have a 65NANO75TPA and cannot find these installer menus or IP control menu. It is connected via wifi. Is this only available for a wired connection? Thanks in advance.

    In an update mainly focused on UI changes, I can't understand why they stop support of items like door stations and speaker points. Even a controller that is more a slave than a primary unit, why would you not just support it albeit on older firmware? All driven at selling more hardware. In an industry of pretty poor suppliers and some new upcoming players why would you alienate everyone?

    It took me a while to setup DCS integration. Then one of the updates (not sure if it was a DCS or Control4 update) has knocked out the integration. Just need to find some time to reset the changes.

    Was anyone else able to set this up via the DLS software? Also, trying to find if any logs are generated, but cannot locate the relevant logs for the Security Panel setup.

    Yes, have followed that, Will have to access again from the keypad instead of the DLS software

    @ejn1 Yes via the software. I think my main query is the port numbers.

    @Dave w - Can you share the relevant settings on your side? specifically the port numbers? Pls see my integration 3 settings

    Hi all, Trying to integrate to a TL280E comms panel for a DSC PowerSeries Neo panel. It is currently communicating to the Neo Go app so would refer not to get rid of those settings. Can anyone advise if they have C4 controlling the panel via IP? Appears the TL280E does not have pins for serial connections (although there are solder points on the board). Thanks
