How does it get 3 months of battery life? How does it connect to josh... if its wifi no way there is 3 months of battery life.

I have not stopped on it and presently have. it in my home. I need to integrate licensing and then it will be released.

It has decent antenna and hardware and terriblke software and has no support its end of life.. its last generation... you would need their wireless controller to even take advantage of all of its features.

Someone can probably find it but that AP is junk at this point... much better cheap AP's out there then this.

Dune changed a bunch of stuff in there newest updates and SMB does not work properly from C4 or other places.

I do this thru DUNE... whenever i start playing a movie on KScape in my theater... i have a driver i buitl that gets the latest trailers from apple trailers and plays 2 or 3 trailers.. and then play some theater intro videos and then resumes my kscape movie.

Yup i see that but it doesnt allow you to take the intercom call correct? And appears theres no support for the chime.

How did you get calls / alerts on josh from the doorstations? I see the videos and access to relays but calls dont come into josh... they do to c4.

I just created a separate network and moved 1 of my halos to it. This network has multicast enhancement disabled. Tomorrow I will take two remotes off the charger and see if battery life drops more significantly on one vs the other.

So I have seen numerous things here related to battery life and here's what I can tell you. 1. Halo screen goes to sleep much sooner then the Deep Sleeper timer - like it should - this means battery life or lack there of is not because of the screen 2. During deep sleep... halo still checks in via wifi as can be seen on c4 logs and network activity - this will effect battery life Deep sleep should basically nearly turn off the halo... any it should only check in once every x hours... for a brief period if that and go back to deep sleep. If that was the case the thing would last forever... think Apple Watch...

To provide more details. They aren’t losing connection. They actually get stuck in a loop searching because Wi-Fi resets. Wi-Fi resets in maintenance windows some don’t get stuck in search loop. Some do.

Correct I have 7 of them and happens to all of them. Additionally after the remote lays unused for an extended period of time and you pick it up ... the menus work but it doesn't activate anything on c4. A restart of the remote is required to resolve this. Occasionally while standing in their spot the remote loses wifi overnight (perhaps during wifi ap updates) and next morning is searching for WIFI non stop never finding it. A restart of the remote is required to resolve this.

Changing to 30 min doesn’t solve the issue. At 1.5 hour default remote goes to sleep after 1.5 hours. Remote is dead by next day. Even if it went to sleep 1 hour faster … it would buy you a max of an extra hour before it’s dead.

Anyone notice how terrible battery life is. The remote doesn’t last a day off charger even if not in use.

Its coming... been doing extensive testing to accommodate some of the nuances of SleepNumber and their platforms and random things.

One thing that is missing is taking temp readings from multiple places in c4.

I have some local videos on Dune / Nas. Is there a way to trigger playing a specific video via programming in c4 ? How would you do this with the dune driver?
