I’m using a Pakedge WR-1 router but don’t know the password. I was supposed to create my own after my installer was finished but didn’t and now need access. If I reset my router will it effect anything else in my system. Most of our connected devices have static IP addresses. I’m also using a 24 port switch. Thanks,

one of Our iPad mini’s has been plugged in for several years now. No issues so far. It’s just now mounted more neatly to the wall now. I have heard about the possibility of the battery bulging, but haven’t had any issues myself. My brother in-law has 3 that have been plugged in longer than mine have been. Not saying it can’t happen, but the chances are slim from the reading I’ve done. I haven’t made any for larger iPads, but the process is the same.

I plan on purchasing the Triad One for our living room to power a pair of easy to drive loudspeakers. But in the not too distant future I would like to add a larger amplifier for a larger set of speakers. I won’t be using both sets at the same time. Will the Triad One act as a preamp? I know it has stereo line outs, but I’m hoping it will also act as a volume control for those outputs. thanks,

Yes I have the option of using a charge cable. I routed a space to allow for a cable to fit. Magnets are used to hold it in place. I found much nicer looking ones after I finished the video. I’ll use them in the future.

Not sure if this is the correct section, but I think it is. I was in the market for an iPad mini wall mount.I have several old models around the house and wanted make use of them. All the mounts I found that looked the way I wanted cost more than the iPads are worth so I made rather myself. I got a little carried away and made a few more than I actually need. Everything is updated to V225. How can I setup the device to control the box again?

I tried unplugging with and without the box on. No change.

It shows 7.1.2. I tried to update but it says I’m up to date even though it’s an older box. Buzz TV XPL Basic This is the device my TV company provides.

The box is Buzz TV. I don’t know what firmware I’m on?

The city turn off the power in our neighborhood for a few hours. Long enough for my back up AC to run out. Once again, we’ve lost all control of our TV box. I have static IP address. I’ve update the firmware and I think everything is configured correctly. Generally it just starts to work eventually. im thinking IR may be a better solution than this? any suggestions?

I’m in Canada so you probably couldn’t offer me much of a deal after all the duties and such. I will probably use my programmer to get the amp for me. He’s done an excellent job for us. I just want to be sure it’s the correct amp for me.

I’m back in the market for a stereo amplifier/receiver and I’m looking for feedback on those that own or have experience with the Triad One. This seems to be the simplest option but it’s not the most cost effective. I’ve also looked at the Pioneer SX-S30 which is roughly 40% less and does have a driver for C4. I don’t need any special features and the speakers I’m driving are an easy load. Any other suggestion on option are also appreciated. thanks,

You were correct, that is on the pricy side. I think my router was less than that?

I tried the Apple unit because it was on hand. It looks like I can connect this via Ethernet? Is that correct? Can anyone tell me the pricing in Canada? I’ll talk to my installer about it as soon as my garage is ready.

My garage is a separate building from my home and our Packedge wifi router range doesn’t extend far enough. I ran Cat6 out to the garage and connected an old Apple wifi router. Unfortunately I can’t seem to use it as an extender (I tried to configure it without luck) so the garage has its own wifi now. i use Nest Cameras and smoke/carbon dioxide products in my house and wanted to add more to my garage. Will I still have access to these products from my house if the garage is using a separate wifi. It’s all connected to the same switch in my basement. If not, what is the best solution to maintain the network in the garage while utilizing the Cat6 (from my switch) in the garage?

The wire is just lose in the photo because I was trouble shooting. They will be cleaned up once the sensors are back up and running.

The wire is run from my garage into the house and into the EA5. Nothing in between. I don’t know if it’s programmed, but I believe it was? When I purchased the switch that controls the garage doors and the sensors you mentioned it was programmed to change the light colour (on the switch) when the door was closed. The circuit reads as though its closed regardless of the garage door position, which is why I thought I should connect this to NO instead of NC?
