I will PM you. you have helped before. I was also looking into upgrading to the new OS. However, although I have an EA-3, I also have an HC-250 in the living room that I think is managing the entertainment. I believe that is not compatible with the new OS?

I was hoping i could get some directions on one of our thermostats. The thermostat works great when changing temp, settings, etc. on the thermostat directly. There is a good wireless signal indicator. Out of nowhere for some reason, I cannot change anything on our wall screen or the control 4 app. It's status indicates it is off. However, it does show the temperature correctly but I cannot make changes on the app. I opened up my Composer HE and looked at the properties. We have another Thermostat on the upper level that works via the app. The working thermostat has Firmware Version 2.0, Zigbee version 4.2.7 , and Hardware version 2. It also lists a MAC address. The thermostat that is not working on the app or wall-screen shows these variables as offline, but power status as present and battery status as good. Is there some reset I can perform to get it back online? Thanks

i believe it is IP because the Control4 App on my phone doesn't work the volume either.

I had a power outage for less than a minute the other day, and ever since the TV functions do not work on the Control4 remote, or my Control4 app for IOS. It controls the DirecTV channels, guide, lighting, etc just fine, but the volume and power functions do not control the TV. I see the Sony Bravia listed in my composer, but am not sure how to get this working again. any suggestions appreciated.
