hello all, Wondering if anyone has come across this issue before? Doorstation audio on doorbell ring doesn’t work. So when someone rings our doorbell, for a while now the C4 app on our phones and screens all work and we can pickup the call, we can see video, but no audio comes through at all, we cant talk to them or hear them. If we use the intercom to dial the front door directly from any of our c4 touchscreens or from the mobile app the audio does work. So its only not working when the doorbell triggers the intercom? Have updated to the latest control4 software available in director, still no luck. Any help appreciated, thanks.

I was looking for the door station manual too ... as does anyone know what this green open door icon means on this doorstation? It has only appeared in the last week or so, and the only change to the system I have done recently through Compose HE is add an additional door code. The door is locked, and works as normal with original and new codes, just not sure what this icon is saying? The green open door icon stays on permanently, even when the door is open or closed/locked. thanks

Not sure if its the same but with Hayward Omnilogic the pool pump needs to be running for it to display pool temp.

Hey all, So looking for Jukebox software for audio and video that integrates with control4 and have been looking at everything between Kodi and dedicated jukebox software running on a pc / raspberry pi (5 Best Jukebox software) etc. Wondering what everyone else already uses for this, and maybe it depends whether you just want internet streaming apps like Spotify etc, but here is my wish list and would appreciate any input on what to look at. Dont mind if this needs a dedicated pc, or can be run from a nvidia shield / raspberry pi etc. Mandatory features: Media: Audio (mp3's) & Video (mp4 etc for music clips), manage library / meta tags etc, media stored locally (NAS or HDD), able to download album art etc, scan media / auto add new tracks Features: Jukebox "party" mode whereby you can lock down features for guests to browse / add music to queue but not mess up library / change settings etc. Auto DJ mode if nothing in playlist. Able to save playlists / import windows media playlists etc Accessibility: Ideally from C4 interface for home owner or web browser / mobile app will do, web browser/mobile app for guests Optional features: Media: Able to use integrate with spotify, soundcloud, internet radio stations etc. Features: Karaoke media file support thanks

Yeah Actron make a big deal about their vertical venting with their outside units for Australian conditions and a lot of project home builders seem to use them. Last time I asked them they talked about their own upcoming mobile app and didnt really have anyone that could talk in any more detail on automation. Wonder if home buyers knew the limitations of Actron in this space upfront before signing a building contract whether more people would stay away from them or insist their builders pick another brand for HVAC. I have seen the CoolMasterNet product before and it also has a wide array of support for HVAC brands. https://coolautomation.com/products/coolmasternet/#link_tab-1417938236-1-25 For a ducted system, when you say "IntesisBox allows you to easily integrate HVAC systems into Control4 by retrofitting the IntesisBox gateway into the existing indoor unit" .... are you only talking about split systems here or fully ducted as well as I read "indoor units" as the header unit that sits on the wall for a split system?

@alanchow A large number of home builders in Australia use Actron Air for their ducted systems. Have you ever seen anything that supports Actron (Australian company) or come across any solution to fully control an Actron ducted system with Control4 apart from simple on/off ? I assume the universal controller is along the right lines but is this a matter of getting Intesis to write a driver for Actron systems or Actron to release specs, as Actron isn't on Intesis compatability list.
