well my client was having issue with android mobile not apple; moreover, i have tried few devices (apple and android) but nothing was working. Looks like it is not apple related issue.

Has anyone contaccted ctrl4 support for that issue? My customer called me today with the same issue .

Hello Ctrl4 PROs. I am looking for the best possible solution in the situation where is not possible to run a cable to doorbell and use the control4 one. So, it is possible to use any 3rd company doorbell and integrate it with control4. So, please shrare your experience of what doorbell (3rd pary) you used and integrated with control4? thanks

UPDATE: the problem was with the cable. So, i purchased new cable from ctrl4 and woala. THen i made cable according to ctrl4 spec and everything started to work.

i am using standard rj45 patch cable but think that the problem. Will go to customer and change the cable in few days. Will see...

Hello Control4 PRO. I need your help and guideline on the dsc panel (power series 1832) with CA1 controller through IT100 integration module. So, i have installed the module into DSC panel and connected to the data keybus. According to it100 manual if green light is flashing steady 1.2 seconds (module is receiving and sending signals). I am using DB9 to RJ45 adapter (from Amazon). https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B07R5D174V/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I also added it100 driver to control4 system (on composer) and linked serial in/out port of ca1 to it100. However, the status of the security on the control4 is offline. I have checked the manual of the it100 and no additional enrolment has to be done (just connect keybus). No specific steps have been found on the control4 kowlegde base. thanks in advance PLEASE: help me and share youor experience and steps of the particular integration.

I have ordered cables from control4; for botch controllers. The security panel and controller in the separate rooms but not far from each other (20 ft cable) should do the work.

Hello all pro. I do hava a client who has DSC power series and EA1 and EA3 controllers. He asked me for the integration of security and smart controller. So, i found it-100 DSC integration module with serial interface. but EA 1 doesnt' have same serial interface but having rj45; ea3 doesnt' have same serial interface but shared with IR. Please share your experience of what is the best fastest and reliable way to integrate (can use any controller ea1 or ea3)? thanks

Hi everyone, I am currently working for a big company and we are doing lots of control4 deployment; however, i am starting my own company (part time) and became control4 dealer last year. So, now i do have a situation where i have to build my own business but i have to have keep my current income working for the big company. Control4 (today) is telling me that i can lose my dealer status if i will not sale control4 product for ~$40000 annually. That is very tricky situation, in one hand i do have few potential clients i can deploy control4 and have them as a future customers; in other, hand, i don't want to lose their future trust when they receive a letter from control4 with information that i lose my dealership status and they have to go to another dealer. I even don't know what to ask. Have you heard any story of someone lost the control4 dealer status because of that? Do you know anyone who is not meeting the sales goal and still control4 dealer? I am so frustrated and don't know even what to do. I have to rethink all the available options.
