  1. My remote still is on MST. The remote is working fine....just a little annoyed on the MST on the face.

  4. I assume not. My app says I am on 3.2.3.606460-res(Sep 13 2021). If this is not updated, can I update the system myself? I also have Composer Home Edition.

  10. Ok, my channels are not setup. Can channels be setup using composer home edition?
  11. Must your dealer add "channels" to the Neeo Remote? or is this something I can do with my Neo remote? I also have Control 4 home edition.

  15. I am pretty sure the DirecTV box is being controlled by the network.
  16. Any insights, Control 4 is working fine with everything...but I can't get it to control my DirecTV anymore. I am baffled.
  17. My power went out a couple of days ago and now I get a flashing Red/Yello Triangle. I have unplugged and plugged back in a few times. Also, I have reset my "Router" and still nothing. I have never had this issue after a power outage. Any thoughts?
  18. If I am replacing a damaged SR260...Can I set it up with Home Edition? or must I get a professional to set-up the replacement?
  19. And it’s OK to have expectations from a company as well. I’m never going to settle! We are being critical because the competition is on the cutting edge and have been for a while now. We like Control4 and that is why we post because we want the best and not sloppy seconds

Per quotes I have been reading, $600 is not expensive and we should be thankful that it’s not more expensive like its competitors..I guess I should keep quiet and say thank you Control4 for this product. However, there is some saying on this thread that Control4 will update this remote(software, etc). So I will go back to being thankful and keep quiet, as us commoners should do. I’m positive that Control4 will reach out to us users to ask for feedback...while I wait for that I will continue to play the lottery..which has a better chance?
  22. Welp, that sums it up. I guess I was asking for too much out of a $600 dollar remote. I guess my expectation can be warranted once it is over 1k or more. I will go back to Harmony Remote with the common folk.
