  1. Well there’s no kill switch in air such as flash; and still an official download link via C4 customer portal. So as long as it works, it meets my standard.
  2. App works every time I install it.
  3. Log in to your Control4 account and download the desktop app from the my devices page. Don’t know if it’s still around for 3.x+. For a 2.10.6 account, download is still there and everything works. https://update2.control4.com/release/2.10.6.558226-res/win/Control4 for PC-Mac.air
  4. Anyone know of a method to get an analog 0-10v input? I’m working with a 0-10vdc output signal from a device, and I want to take that into Control4 and program against the variable. The below device is worth mentioning, but limited to 3 digital signals with no control of their position along the 0-10v scale. https://www.kmccontrols.com/product/relay-isolated-staging-0-10vdc-input/
  5. The control by web products are industrial quality and the integration is good, as long as the cost can be justified for the application. The Controlbyweb module cost is comparable to a second hand IO extender, which might buy you more depending. Low cost IO makes it reasonable to integrate/automate a lot of possibilities that otherwise wouldn't be cost justifiable purchasing a Z2IO or C4 plug switch. The Arduino driver is a great idea. I was not aware of it. Serial can be a little inconvenient depending on location. Nonetheless I will be trying it out!
  6. What is the cheapest way to get contact inputs in to a system (OS2)? Could be zigbee or network. Could be native or third party. Used IO Extenders are easy but they still aren't that cheap. My experience is the cheapest option for dry contact outputs being the KM Tronic relay board (~$12 per output), and the HS103 Kasa for line voltage outputs (~$7 per output). Aforementioned numbers hardware cost only. Suggestions?
