  1. Several months ago my Intercom Anywhere stopped connecting to Door Station (or tablet). I am using an IPhone on the AT&T network (12 pro). Other users are able to connect to my DS2 without any problem. My dealer set me up as a user on their system, same result - worked fine on wireless, 5G no go. It seems to be something either in IPhone or AT&T line parameters (they have denied there are any settings that would cause this issue). I even bought a new phone, new SIM card - same result. Any ideas on what in the phone or network would cause this issue? Works fine on wireless, appears to go off hook when on cellular, but no video or audio.
