    If i remember right you will need to use the RX-V6A MC Driver..I had alot of handshake issues with this avr and cox wireless cable boxes so i had to replace it and been good since..

    For me Only a factory reset worked...Also this api issue only happend on 2 of the 3 rokus not the latest one....I have multiple calls from customers and am not comfortable Having them factory restore so that means rollouts..

    Personally i use navigator to assign specific mini apps to certain rooms So there is no or less confusion on Who is using..Im sure you could also do some conditionals that would work this out as well..If you plan on sharing in all video rooms labeling 1 and 2 or a certain persons name example(mikes roku) would be the best way..

    I have the ge nx8-e and it works good but also have integrated the vista 20..I believe both will require a external module to integrate like the 4232 cbm module for the vista and virtual keypad module for the ge...
