Hi, over the last week or more Alexa can't take action on my Control4 devices. This after two years of flawless performance. Sometimes it works, most of the time now it says it doesn't recognize that command due to a manufacturer issue and to contact them. I'm just trying to get certain lights to come on. Nothing fancy. I did reset the C4 controller and rebooted Alexa without success. I can control the devices thru the C4 app so they are working. It's something in the integration between the two.

I'm having a similar issue. My C4 Doorbell stops working but everything else is chugging away. I have to get out a ladder and physically pull the power cord and reboot the controller. This happens about once a week. Any ideas on what could cause it suddenly stop working with the doorbell and how I can reboot the controller without physically pulling the power?

I set up a second iphone to work with the C4 Intercom. It appears to be set up correctly; all history of calls are being captured, it sees the other devices and can intercom other devices. I can see this second iphone on the tablets and other intercom devices. But the phone is not ringing when the doorbell is pressed. Notifications are enabled. My original iphone is still ringing. Does C4 only allow one phone to ring when the doorbell is pressed? If not, what settings can I check to get the other phone to ring along with the other devices?
