I never use the OSD and I don't point out the C4 button to new customers either. 

That is the correct replacement screen. No soldering needed. Just take it easy opening the remote not to break the clips. Definitely worth the effort to replace.

There is IR and RS232 drivers for C4 listed. 

Can I go out of the EA-5 into an amplifier with the EA controlling the volume? Or is a preamp required?

Looking for any help with an issue I am having. Using the C4-KD120 keypad dimmer one LED light is staying on very dim when switch is turned off.

I do have the minimum range level set to 10% but even at 20% light stays on. I only have 2 LED lights rated at 12 watts each wired in parallel.

Using Composer Pro under the dimming mode properties, switch is set to auto detect and it detects reverse phase. Switch and lights are installed inside. 

Any thoughts?
